Chapter 17: I Promise

 

 "You Promise?"

"I Promise.."

He finally freed her and wiped her tears away from her eyes with his hands.

            "Don't cry, um?" said Chanyeol as he gently cupped her cheeks and smiled at her.

Both of them were then interrupted when suddenly someone knocked at the door, causing them to shift their gaze to the door to wait and to see who it was.

*knock knock

        "Come in.."

       The doctor and the nurse came in together with a wheelchair.

"Mr. Park , you will have to go with us for your MRI to see if your fine or  if you will might need to take some medications first." said the doctor as his fingers were carefully examining Chanyeol's medical history he brought with him.

      Hyo Jin upon hearing this, look to him with her worried face. "C-Chanyeol.."

"Don't worry, I'm absolutely fine." He replied and show her that he'll be absolutely fine by giving him a warm smile.

          And with that Hyo Jin accompanied Chanyeol who was seated in the wheelchair together in the way to the MRI room, but Hyo Jin wasn't allowed to go inside so she just sat and waited for him outside.

     The nurse carefully guided him to lay on the said machine. "This will take approximately 1 hour, and in the process you'll hear alot of destructive noise but that's actually normal." and with that, the nurse already leave the room and started the machine.

"Please let him be fine.. Please let him be fine.." She muttered as she patiently watching him by the window.

          "Hyo Jin.." Hyo Jin paused when she heard someone calling her, she whirled her head and found Baekhyun together with Kris, Sehun, Kyungsoo, Lay, Xiumin,Tao, Chen and Luhan sprinting towars her, worried.

"How was him, Chanyeol?" Baekhyun held her shoulders and let his arms rest on it, panting.

"The doctor said that he'll need to go under MRI to check his situation.." She replied as she turned her head back and watch Chanyeol undergo MRI.

         All of them patiently waited outside the MRI room.

"Hyung, I'm hungry, let's go grab something to eat.." Sehun tapped Baekhyun's shoulders and asked to accompany him outside.

"Can't you bear it? Chanyeol might look for us after his MRI." He replied without even looking at him, he's badly worried about Chanyeol's situation.

"But hyung.. I'm starving, can't we just go out? I promise it won't take a long time, we'll be right back before he even finished his MRI. and besides, there's Hyo Jin." He paused and looked at her, "You won't leave him, right?" He continued and smiled at her.

Hyo Jin then nodded her head to approval.

"See? Let's go hyung, I'm really really hungry right now that I might faint."  He grabbed Baekhyun's arms and with that they went to the cafe outside the hospital..but--
