Ok so I just had this idea for a San  centric, it's basically a boarding school au/ rich bois elite au

The boarding school is for 18-22 year olds so everyone is of the age of consent (it's basically college but we're just gonna treat it like a boarding school)

A semi texting au because why not

So basically San just transferee to this new super fancy boarding school thingy - the catch is tho that he's actually the prince but he is undercover (nobody's seen his face before because in the country it is tradition to keep heirs a secret so they are 'pure and unharmed' when their coronation happens)

Ateez (minus San rn) are the most popular and hottest guys at the school and they literally rule the whole thingy and are iconic while doing so

Their group is very exclusive and everyone basically holds them on a pedestal, most of them are either very good students or trouble makers

Nobody knows that they're all dating, only them and their parents.

They date girls from the school to cover up their relationship, they treat the girls well because they're all ✨gentlemen✨ but at the end of the day they all go back to their boyfriends and complain about the girls, one or two of them are openly Pan/gay so they mess around with boys as well but they only have the boys as hook-ups/casual things because it just feels wrong for most of their ACTUAL boyfriends.

There's boundaries so everyone is comfortable, and everyone has agreed to do this for their public reputation. Also the group chat is just them being horny af for each other, it's a mess and they are iconic.

Hongjoong: son of a very rich and powerful mafia boss (but nobody at the school knows that), is openly gay , has a sort of intimidating aura about him, would murder for his boyfriends, also he wears whatever he wants because who tf cares?

Seonghwa: son of two very famous actors, aka he's gorgeous in every world, has acted in multiple big tv roles/movies before, is seen as one of the more intimidating people by outsiders, mysterious dark and handsome type, but he's really just a softy

Yunho: son of a rich CEO, tall bean part 1, does very well in school, has connections literally everywhere, is the pr team of the relationship, aka he regulates all the gossip about him and his boyfriends, best one to go to if you need blackmail on someone, he's that one kid who everyone either wants to be or be friends with, but he's nice abt it and is genuinely sweet to everyone

Yeosang: son of a world famous supermodel, is the most approachable, mostly quiet at school, part of the babygirlism agenda, gets good grades, he was named 'the prettiest face in the school all throughout high school, is besties with a quarter of the school population because connections are fucking magical,

San: undercover prince of SK ( his parents are the king and queen), has mommy and daddy issues, my man's kinda has to be a good student? Also he's a panicked gay legit 24/7 and we love him for it

Mingi: son of a famous musician, tall bean part 2,  knows so many celebs, like you could ask this man if he's met fucking Beyoncé and he would they'll you that she practically raised him, he's most likely to skip school so he can go get food for his boyfriends, I'd do sweet and just wants his boyfriends to be happy

Wooyoung: son of a famous chef, is openly pan , Chaos maker, only brings homemade sandwiches on Fridays because that's the only day he can be bothered making them, babygirlism agenda, is really disliked by his old friend group and they continually spread nasty roomers abt him and sometimes it gets to him but most of the time it's just 'fake it till you make it'

Jongho:son of an Olympic athlete, is good at literally everything he does, like you could tell him to play a sport for the first time and he would come out with near-professional skills, captain of the soccer team, popular with all the sports kids, does very well in school,

So basically San's the anonymous prince and his parents want him to experience a normal life so he ends up going to this boarding school thingy, while he's there as well he fights with immense guilt of never being enough and major imposter syndrome even tho he grew up privileged, he was heavily sheltered and always told that his younger brother would be such a better king (younger brother is kinda evil tbh and is brainwashed into thinking he is better than San but their relationship improves? Unless we want evil kinda villain little brother revenge arc thing for always being put second? Then I'm totally down for that)

His bodyguards/ friends at the palace are straykids because my guys are iconic and the friendship moments would be so cute

And his friends at the boarding school are txt and obviously later on it is ateez

So this is my general idea for the baseline of the story:

>San is being shipped off to the boarding school because his coronation is in two years and he has literally no support from the royal court and he has no friends (the parents don't see guards or servants as real people with life's and personalities)

> San hates his parents and hates the pressure they put on him to be king and find a wife because monarchy, and just to be perfect all of the time (also sans parents are very homophobic)

>San doesn't like girls though, he likes boys, men, penis, dick.(that was so aggressive for no reason 😭)
The only relationships he had had before were with random court women who he didn't care about. And one or two stable hands who he had to convince that it was really ok to kiss him and they wouldn't get killed (SAN IS NOT A VIRGIN, I REPEAT: NOT A VIRGIN)

>sans friends at the castle are straykids (his bodyguards) and the old cook in the kitchen who is basically a mother figure for him and basically raised him because his actual mother was shitty and emotionally abusive and his mother and fathers marriage was a political one

>San is sent off to the school and he ends up being roommates with Yeonjun (the rooms are two per dorm)

>San starts hanging out with txt (cuz he doesn't know anyone else) and they explain the whole school to him

>then there's the really cliche scene where ateez walk in the cafeteria and San asks who they are and then txt tell him about ateez (some of them throw in stories about the hookups they've had with ateez)

>then after the story develops and idk what happens next

Things to include:

>San still has a group chat with straykids and texts them about all his gay panic because we love having supportive besties who don't ghost after their friend moves away
>nobody finds out who San is until like three quarters of the way through where his ex gf (who was one of the random court women he dated just to make his parents happy) reveals who he is
>wooyoung is the first one to get close to San after he sees him dancing in the practice room
>in the end hongjoongs men assassinate sans parents and San becomes king and has all his boys live in the castle after his coronation
>there's like a winter formal thing at the school
>San sacrifices himself for one of the ateez members and gets detention instead of them
>There's a bunch of annoying ass girls
>yeonjun got in trouble for wearing feminine hair pins so San and the rest of Txt wear skirts the next day in protest
>San gets paired up with yeosang for a science project and they get closer
>Sex :)
>constant gay panic from everyone
>everyone having lunch together
> They're all cute and fluffy but also swear like sailors and have dirty humour
