INT. CARTER HOUSE - NEAL'S ROOM - DAY

Neal wakes up to his phone ringing. He answers.

NEAL- yo.

KENT- wake up bro...we gotta go.

NEAL- I'm grounded I can't go anywhere.

KENT- I have that covered...just go shower and ...I'll see you in ten.

Neal yawns.

NEAL- okay but K I swear to God if this is some workout shit I'm gonna turn the fuck around.

KENT- bro just get dressed. And pack a bag threedays worth of clothes. Swim trunks all that.

NEAL- wait are we having a sleep over? I think that's actually cool. We haven't done that in a while...all you want to do is be with Taylor.

KENT- Neal.

NEAL- what?

KENT- shut up.

Kent hangs up.

INT. CARTER HOUSE - KITCHEN - DAY
Neal walks in and Kent and Reggie are in the middle of talking.

REGGIE- Have him back Sunday.

KENT- Will do. In one piece I promise he won't be in any trouble.

NEAL- He's literally the one who-

Kent kicks Neal behind the counter.

NEAL- Ow!

KENT- Sunday. One piece. All Clear. Thanks Reg.

REGGIE- Y'all call me when you get there.

KENT- I'll make sure of it.

Kent and Neal walk out of the kitchen.

NEAL-(mumbles) kiss ass.

KENT- (mumbles) fuck you.

NEAL- but what did you say to him to let me go wherever we're going?

KENT- Told him we don't really have much memories together blah blah you know he felt that.

Neal laughs.

NEAL- that's a good one.

KENT- oh and you're working at a quiet grace for like a week.

NEAL- what?!

They walk outside.

EXT. FRONT OF CARTER HOUSE - CONTINUOUS

Kent and Neal begin to walk to Kent's car and Tavon standing at the trunk.

Neal smiles!

NEAL- Tae you coming to the sleepover too?

Tavon looks confused.

TAVON- fuck is this nigga talking about ?
