INT. JOHNSON HOUSE - FLASHBACK
Taylor is looking inside the closet quietly where she spots some wrapped gifts she feels the different presents looking for something but can't find what she was expecting.
Taylor tries to sneak back upstairs to her room.
INT. TAYLORS ROOM - CONTINUOUS
Taylor quietly closes her and she's startled be a knock on her window. She jumps.
YOUNG TAYLOR- Neal.
Taylor goes over to the window and opens it and Neal and Tavon stand.
YOUNG NEAL- ready?
YOUNG TAYLOR- you do realize I have a cellphone?
YOUNG NEAL- what's the fun in that?
Taylor laughs.
TAYLOR- okay let me get my coat.
EXT. SIDE OF TAYLOR HOUSE - MOMENTS LATER
Neal Tavon and Taylor are sitting on the bikes and belong to ride down the street.
YOUNG TAVON- I can't believe y'all got me out here in the cold to go to 34th street.
YOUNG NEAL- Y'all? You mean T.
YOUNG TAVON- That's true.
YOUNG TAYLOR- Stop acting like y'all don't wanna see the lights.
YOUNG TAVON- I want you to see the lights I honestly don't care.
Taylor smiles.
YOUNG TAYLOR- I can accept that.
NEAL- you ready?
TAYLOR- Yeah.
Tavon and Neal help her out of the window.
INT. DAVIS HOUSE - CURRENT TIME
Kent and Taylor lay in bed. Kent eyes are closed Taylor puts her head on his shoulder and starts to talk.
KENT- No.
TAYLOR- but I didn't even say anything!
KENT- you're not opening your Christmas gifts Taylor.
TAYLOR- just one.....pleaseeeeee.
KENT- I gave you two yesterday.
TAYLOR- that doesn't count that was the like a anniversary thing.
Kent shakes his head and laughs and turns over to her.
KENT- you're ridiculous you know that?
TAYLOR- ridiculously cute or like ridiculously adorable?
Taylor smiles. Kent tries not to smile but can't help it.
KENT- You almost had me....but no.
Kent gets out of the bed and Taylor follows him.
TAYLOR- Kent come on I just want to see one thing.
KENT- I know exactly what you're looking for...that purse and I didn't even get it. Ha.
Taylor jumps his back.
TAYLOR- where did you hide them?!
KENT- get off me you crazy woman!
Mekhi enters and looks confused they don't notice him there.
