Ruby : What the hell is Dr.Priya doing here. I will not spare her if anything wrong happens today. (Calm down ruby nothing will go wrong)
Akshara enters the birla house with other goenkas
Akshu : Woww! Special party for a special person that too with a special guest. Great
Abhi : What are you doing here? When you had to trust me you didn't and now what do you expect?
Akshu : Trust??? Sorry Dr. Birla her pregnancy ends every possibility of trust. Even if I had trusted you, today my trust would have completely broken. Thank God, I didn't trust you

Ruby : Abhi baby calm down. Let's focus on the party.

The video plays when Ruby blackmails Priya to tell she is pregnant with Abhimanyu's child. She also tells how she spiked him he did nothing but she made him believe that he slept with her. Lastly also how she told this child was someone else she slept with when she was drunk . She doesn't know who the father is that's why she is trying to trap Abhimanyu.
Ruby : Just stop it. It is all edited. Fake fake fake...Akshara gave you the money right? I will not leave this Akshara. (She goes to slap Akshu when Aaru stops her and slaps her tight)
Aaru : Don't you dare slap my sister. I know I was so bad . That's why I am trying to prove myself good by helping my di and jiju in all their steps. Akshu your love was true and so was your trust. I was wrong . I told you not to trust Abhimanyu this time. But you have proven me that your love is bigger than all these things. She goes and hugs Akshu
Abhi stands confused. Akshu and Aaru smile at him while Aaru continues
Aaru : Abhimanyu what did you think? Your Akshu will believe anybody and leave you? It was all Akshu's plan to do this and expose Ruby. I was just helping her. Your Akshu is always yours. Go to her don't waste time.
Abhi : (runs like anything and hugs Akshu tightly) I love you. I love you more than anybody could imagine. I love you ......he kisses her cheeeks
Akshu : I love you too Abhi . I trust you. I will trust you always. (She goes to Ruby)
Thudddd...she slaps her hard. What did you think about my love? That I will believe you and leave my Abhi. You really thought I will believe that my Abhi slept with you.(she slaps her again) Last time I did a mistake not by exposing you to the media. That's why I am doing this time. The police takes away Ruby. The media leaves.
Abhi : Pagal....you left me alone for 1 month just for your plan. Atleast you could have told me. It's your last month of pregnancy and I couldn't be with you. What's worse than this
Akshu : Sorry Abhi. If I had told you then you would have come to meet me. Ruby would have got to know everything. I had to do this ...for us. And about the last month....it was equally horrible for me too. I missed you and our baby also missed you.
Abhi : I missed you too . He keeps his hand on her belly and tells the baby "I missed you bacha" . He kisses her belly. Now since everything is good, let's celebrate. I will go and bring the cake
Just when Abhi turns Akshu shouts
Akshu : Abhiiiii......aaaaaaaa....I think my water broke.
Abhi gets tensed he goes and takes her medical files, baby's gift, clothes everything and takes Akshu in a car.
Abhi: don't worry Akshu. Everything will be fine. I am with you. Calm down. We have almost reached the hospital. Breathe...breatheeee....
They reach the hospital. Where Akshu is brought inside in a stretcher. She thinks about all her sweet moments with Abhi. She keeps and hand on her belly and thinks....bacha come out soon. Mamma cannot handle this pain.
The doctor examines Akshu . She goes to Abhi
Dr : Dr. Birla. Please sign on this consent form.
Abhi : But Dr. Why is it needed? Is everything alright? You are scaring me
Dr : Your wife is critical. She has complications. So I can't really tell you if everything will be alright. Just sign on this ...just in case if anything happens to her
Abhi : No. nothing will happen to my Akshu. You promise you no matter what Akshu says your priority will be her life and not the baby's life
Dr :But Dr. Birla...she told she wants the child to be safe

Abhi changes his clothes and comes inside operation theatre. Akshu is struggling to push the baby. Abhi holds her hand

Akshu : Abhi , If I don't survive. Please take care of our child.
