✨Flash back A month ago✨
Car suddenly stopped infront of the mall and Taehyung surprisingly looked at the younger beside him.
"We are at mall gukk? " Older of two asked
"Yeah, actually I need your help about something." Jungguk asked like he was dying with confusion, what was he doing he didn't know himself.
"Yeah? What happened?"
"Tae I wanna buy gift for someone-"
"Okay, but what's the problem in that? You go get your gift, I'll wait here" tae smiled politely.
"Seriously? tae you're not understanding I want a special gift-" he raised his brows at Taehyung suggestively, like trying to make him understand with his Expressions.
"Gift for someone? And that's special?" Taehyung rephrased his sentence realizing what it could mean- Ooh~
Jungguk wanted to buy a gift for
someone special- oh
"Really?" Tae asked to confirm before giving any inappropriate reaction-
"Y-yeah, actually I'm going to confess to my love-"
"WHAT?" Taehyung kind of shrieked at the word "love" from jungguk's mouth, his eyes widened and mouth agaped.
"Did you just say love gukk?" Jungguk fought back on his smile chewing on his piercing and nodded his head in assurity.
"Yes I'm in love-" he said honestly.
"Waoh gukk~ sorry for the reaction, you know, you and love kind of seems mismatched-" Taehyung grinned sheepishly at him gaining a scowl from younger-
"Look I know i've never been in that thing but then I found this certain person who told me what love really feels like- at first I thought I'm sick but then I realized it's lovesickness and now I can yell it to the world that how much I'm in love, everything feels so right this way, I feel myself on ninth cloud with the only thought- so I don't want to delay it anymore." The way Jungguk was sounding so sincere and honest in his words Taehyung couldn't help but feel envied of that person Jungguk was in love with.
He definitely didn't know who the person was but Jungguk's expressions made his stomach to churn violently inside. Yet- it wasn't time to get envied- Taehyung was happy for Jungguk. And Why won't he be? For the first time in these whole years Jungguk talked about someone so dreamingly.
He couldn't lie about the fondness of Jungguk's softened Expressions, it looked like that person took up Jungguk's entire field of vision, leaving no room for anything else but just them. The smile that he was giving was so lopsided that Taehyung smiled too-
