A week later

"How's the training going?" Yoongi asked to a hyped yunjae who looked back toward the field and then grabbed the bottle of water that Yoongi was giving him-

Chucking the whole bottle In one go down his thirsty throat, he sat beside the older who was shaking his head chuckling-

"Going far best than doing nothing-" yunjae panted.

"You know it's your last day of training, from tomorrow you'll assist me on every case-"

"Sure officer, I'm excited-"jae gave an innocent smile to older.

Well the most amazing thing about yunjae in being under care of the boys and yujin that he had became informal with everyone except Jungguk.

Now he didn't only smile with Taehyung but also with others too and if there was someone who was closest to him after Taehyung- it was Yoongi while other boys were sweet to him too.

"You don't need to be formal idiot, you can still call me Yoongi- " Yoongi gave him a chill side eye.

"I was being sarcastic kitty cat-" yunjae returned the sass smirking- causing older to smack him playfully.

"Brat-" Yoongi rolled his eyes while yunjae only chuckled and stood up to leave following Yoongi side by side talking about his performance in training, even though he was an athlete kind of person yet he didn't had experienced the things he'll do being a detective's assistant and for working on big cases he needed guidance and training which he had been doing for 2 months now.

"I'll email you about the details, you can go through it and then we'll discuss about the solution-"

"Yeah sure--What is he doing here?" Yunjae was saying but cut himself in between as soon as he looked at the person walking toward them from far away.

"Bogum? He's police captain, have not you figured out the officers of the department till yet?" Yoongi asked to a bewildered yunjae.

"No I thought I saw almost everyone but never saw him- not even when you attacked kai-" jae frowned.

"Thats because bogum wasn't in the city for a certain time- he was transfered to daegu for a case and now recently he came back-"

"Oh--"

"Hm why're you asking?" Yoongi asked skeptical-

"Um, nothing I saw him in party, so just felt curious-"

"Oh yeah, he's Jungguk's mom side cousin and a good friend of us too-" Yoongi told him.

"Is that so?" Yunjae asked like he didn't know bogum was Jungguk's cousin, that means he really fucked up last time, realization hit him bad.

Why he had to be so stupid and arrogant? Yunjae suddenly didn't feel good about their first encounter, he didn't mean to be rude yet he was rude cause he was messed at that time, and who said that captain to flirt with him in first place?

"Officer park Bogum-" Yoongi called out as he came near them and pulled his hand out to shake-

Bogum chuckled taking Yoongi's hand and greeted him back.

"Hi-" he said smiling toward yunjae who didn't know what to say so he just gave him a bow and looked away, didn't know what was with this guy, jae was feeling odd around him.

Yunjae wasn't one to be intimidated by but bogum did make him feel small in his presence, bogum was handsome no doubt but he wasn't that tough of a guy, he was soft and sweet just like other boys but still his eyes had something that yunjae couldn't recognize, an odd emotion.
