Felix POV
It's close to midnight when I finally sneak out. Keefe hopefully hasn't been waiting long. I get to the Wanderling Woods.
"What was that about? Yesterday with my friends." Straight to the point then. "Listen. I'm going to show you something but you can't freak out. And then I'll tell you. Got it?" Keefe nods confused.
I open the palm of my hand and form a sphere of water that hovers over it. I open the other, and fire flickers. Keefe looks impressed. Not scared.
"Now follow me." I take Keefe's hand and drag him to an even more secluded spot. My hand tingles where it touches Keefe's and I can feel butterflies in my stomach, but right now I don't have time for this. I want Keefe to trust me, so I have to show him Lune.
After leaping us back to the base, I pull him aside."Remember. Please don't freak out." I open the cliffside doors with a password. "We have human and elven security." I say. Then I bypass all security measures.
I'm glad Fintan is still away, because I would be in huge trouble if he caught me. I know what the Neverseen does is wrong, but I don't have another choice. Neither does Lune.
Fintan may be a good dad, but he's still part of an evil, illegal organization. Lune and I are lucky that we don't have to do the really bad stuff.
Keefe follows me as I walk towards the training room, where she's supposed to be. Since the walls are crystal, we can see right through. So we can see Lune training. She dyed her hair fully blonde again, I wish she wouldn't. Her blue streaks are beautiful, but she doesn't believe me.
Since it's close to the full moon, Lune is more powerful, and you can tell. When she uses her powers, she's enveloped in a silver glow. She formed a strand of Moonlight into an arrow, it is solid (because of her Moon-Ergokinesis she can manipulate the particles of moonlight, changing it into a solid, liquid ,or gas). She shoots the arrow towards one of the dummies and shatters it completely.
"Wow, how did she do that?" Keefe said, looking pale. "We're not really sure how. As far as we know she has been able to do that since she was 2 years old." I tell him. "Wait really!?" "Yeah."
"That's Luna. She's like my sister, she was abandoned by her mom. She's everything to me and I have to protect her. " I ramble. "I'm sorry for keeping secrets but I can't let anything happen to her."
Keefe looks shocked. "That's Luna?!"
"You know her?" Keefe sighs. "I can't be mad at you for keeping secrets, because I have one as well."
Keefe explains about a girl from his memories. Her name is Luna. She also has moon powers. And she's his twin sister. Now I'm shocked.
Then someone breaks the silence in a deep voice. "Confessions have been made, secrets have been revealed. And now they kiss." Luna had come around from the training room.
I sigh. "I'm sorry about her." Keefe looks disappointed. Did he want to kiss me? I shook off the thought. Someone like him wouldn't like me.
And with that thought, what little hope I had was squashed.
