Mckenna pov

I was currently in the gym with the Audrey and her Cheer squad later on that day to show them the routine Audrey wanted me to learn and let me tell ya it was the hardest thing I had ever learned in my life.

All right McKenna show us what you are made of...if you can Audrey said with smug look

Ok McKenna you got this I said to myself as one of the girls pressed play on the computer for my music to play.

(Just pretend this McKenna doing the routine  and the other girls are Audrey and the other cheerleaders)

After I was finished Audrey and the two other cheerleaders were speechless

"Oh my gosh! That was amazing!" The blonde one said

"I wouldn't say she was amazing I'd say she wasn't as terrible as I thought she would be." Audrey said

Audrey she was amazing. I mean she could easily replace you as cheer captain if she wanted too the other girl said which upset Audrey

"I highly doubt that. Anyway McKenna welcome to the cheer team." Audrey said handing me my uniform "now go try it on to see if it fits"

I went to the changing room and quickly changed to into the cheer uniform and looked at myself in the mirror

Ugh I look disgusting I said as I went back out so the others could see

Oh it fits perfectly the blonde girl said

Totally the black haired girl said as Audrey looked me over and took noticed of my shoulder

What is that? She asked

Oh that's my birthmark. I said as the blonde girl looked at it

Woah that looks like your Audrey the girl said

That's impossible only royals have a birth mark like this you must've drawn it on yourself to make yourself feel special Audrey   said

I was born with this birth mark I didn't draw it in. My mother was queen of moors before she went back that's why I have this birth mark I said

I don't believe you but for now I don't have time to argue with you about it. We need to practice for the upcoming game. Audrey said as she called in the rest of the cheer squad

Later on the day I met up with Mal at my locker

So I see you mad the cheer squad Mal said see me in my cheer uniform

Yeah it was fairy godmother's idea. I said as I heard Audrey's big mouth and looked past Mal and saw her talking with Ben and jerk charming

Those kids are trouble. Chad said

Bye, McKenna. Mal said not wanting to hear them bad mouth us

Bye. I said as she walked away and I clued back I to their conversation

Come on, Chad. Give them a chance. Ben said

Oh. No offense, Bennybear, but you're just too trusting. Look, I know your mom fell in love with a big nasty beast who turned out to be a prince. But with my mom, the evil fairy was just the evil fairy. The same evil fairy that murdered my twin sister. That girl's mother. Audrey pointing at me

"I think you're wrong about them. And I think that Anastasia is still alive somewhere I can feel it" Ben said "I'll see you later."

I watched as Ben waved by to his friends and saw that he was making his way over to me

Hey. Congratulations on making the cheer team. I heard you were pretty good. How was your first day? Ben said

Super. I said as he took noticed of the art work I did on the front of my locker

You should really think about taking this talent off the locker and into art class. I could, uh, sign you up. What do you think? Ben said as Jane went past us heading to the girls bathroom

Way to take all the fun out of it. I said as I turned and followed Jane leaving Ben confused.

I walked into the girls bathroom and saw Jane looking at herself in the mirror

Hi! It's Jane, right? Ah, always loved that name. Jane. I said as Jane looked at me afraid

That's cool. She said as she tried to make a Beeline for the door

Don't go! I guess I was just kind of hoping to make a friend. You probably have all the friends you need though, huh? I said

Hardly Jane replied

Really? I mean, with your mom being fairy godmother and headmistress? I mean, not to mention your own, um... personality. I said

Cuz honey that's all ya got I thought to myself

I'd rather be pretty. You've got great hair. Jane said

You know what? I have just the thing for that. It's right... Ah, here. "Beware, forswear, replace the old with brand new hair." I said as I used a spell to make her hair better "Wow! You almost don't notice your... Other features anymore."

Do my nose! Jane said

Honey please I'm a fairy not a miracle worker I thought

"Oh, I can't. I've been practicing, but you know, I can't do really big magic. Not like your mom with her wand. I mean, one swoosh from that thing and you could probably have whatever features you wanted." I said as Jane looked down

She doesn't use the wand anymore. She believes the real magic is in the books. And not the spell books, regular books with history and stuff. Jane said

What a rip. I said

Yeah. Jane said

You know, she used magic on Cinderella, who wasn't even her real daughter. Doesn't she love you? I said

Well, of course she does. It's... It's just, you know, tough love. "Work on the inside, not the outside." You know, that sort of thing. Jane said

That's the face! Yeah, and then just look as If your... your heart is about to break. "Oh, mother, I just don't understand why you can't make me beautiful, too." I said showing her how to do it

Think it would work? Jane asked

Yeah. I mean, that's what old Cindy did, right? And your mother Bibbidi-bobbidi-booed the living daylights out of her. And, hey, If your mom does decide to, you know, break out the old wand, invite me. I said as Jane smiled

"If I can convince mom, you're so there." Jane said as she took noticed of my shoulder as she was walking past me

I watched as she looked at my birthmark for a few moments before she smiled at me

I'll see ya later McKenna Jane said

See ya I said as she walked out the door.
