Two of a Kind!

Peach gets up, throwing blankets off the bed in the process, and stretches for what feels like an eternity but what is actually just a few seconds. Afterwards, she walks over to a nearby cabinet.

Looking through it, she moves multiple identical pink dresses around as she looks for something to wear. Finally, she spots one that she likes, but just as she pulls it out, another one, that was hidden by the one she just pulled out, is revealed....and she likes the look of it as well.

She holds both dresses over her body while looking in the mirror on the wall as she decides to go with the first one she pulled out.

After putting on the dress, she sits down in a chair in front of her makeup vanity.

She applies blush, eyeliner, and lipstick before brushing her hair.

She looks in the mirror, inspecting every inch of her reflection to try and see if she missed anything.

Oh wait....

She forgot to brush her teeth.

Peach groans before heading towards a door next to her bed.

Two Toad guards stand next to the front gates to The Mushroom Kingdom, with spears in their hands, as they scan the area around the kingdom for Bowser's forces.

Suddenly, one of them taps the ground with his foot, causing the other one to look over at him. He then nods to something in the distance. With this, the other Toad turns his head to look, although he can't make out much of what it is...

It's something red....on top of a Yoshi.......

Both Toads look at each other and shrug...right before Yoshi bursts through the front gates, sending them flying off their hinges as he slides straight into a bakery, causing the front window to shatter. Toads scatter and run away screaming as this event occurs.

Mario, thankfully, fell off as Yoshi was sliding, meaning that he didn't go through the window...but instead rolled onto its broken shards on the ground.

Mario: "UG-OW, OW OW OW, YOUCH WHAT IS-"

Upon seeing the glass, Mario quickly jumps back to see the bakery Yoshi slammed into.

The bakery, the entire building....was a mushroom....as was every other building around him.

Toads begin to peak out from behind buildings and garbage cans as they gaze at Mario.

Curious Toad: "Is that....a human?"

Questioning Toad: "You mean like Peach?"

Disagreeing Toad: "That's impossible! Humans went extinct long ago!"

Skeptical Toadette: "I thought they left?"

Stupid Toad: "I thought they turned into question blocks!"

Mario looks around, trying to see what manner of creature was having that conversation about him....but just as he spotted something duck behind a building....he heard a glass shard crack and turned to see Yoshi slowly approaching him.

Mario: "Uh........Yoshi....please do-ON'T!"

Mario is swept up Yoshi as the creature begins heading upwards towards the castle, using mushroom buildings as platforms to get hugger and higher.

Princess Peach walks out of the bathroom and reapplies her lipstick before touching up her makeup.

She then takes one more look in the mirror...and nods.

Peach walks to the door and opens it only for Toadsworth to fall into her room and face plant.

Peach: "You were leaning up against my door waiting for me, huh?"
