"Holy fuck, it worked."

I took my hands off Eddie's and grabbed the book, walking to the car and opening the trunk, grabbing a large shovel.

"Why the fuck did you bring that?"

"To dig Stanley up."

I placed the shovel in the dirt and started to dig.

"Is he.. Alive?"

"Did you not hear that scream?"

"Well I did but, what if he's like a zombie or some shit."

"Dude he's fine."

"Ok, ok. Is there another shovel around here?"

"Yeah theres another one in the trunk, it's still open."

He grabbed it and started digging.

The coffin was now very visible.

A muffled, "What the fuck?" Came from inside.

"Oh shit", I tried to not laugh.

I opened the coffin by using the shovel, almost breaking it.

"Richie?"

"Stan, oh my god it actually did work."

"Eddie, is that you?"

My face went pale, "How the fuck do you remember him?"

I helped Stan get out of the six feet hole, "What do you mean?"

"Nobody remembers him, after I saved him from a stupid coma. I used this shitty magic book to bring both of you back."

"You're a fucking moron."

I sighed, yet smiling, "Yeah, a lot of people have been saying that recently."

"Maybe he remembers me because he also had been brought back by the book?"
Eddie said.

"Yeah, maybe."

"Wait, Eddie died?"

"No, well, you have a lot to get caught up on. We should get back to the hotel."

We all got in the car, me driving, Eddie next to me and Stan in the back.

"So, explain. What happened while I was gone."

I explained it all as we drove back. Making sure to not miss any details.

Once they got back to the hotel

"Ok, Stan. You can take my room I already took all the shit out a while ago."

"Ok, then where are you staying?"

"With Rich."

Stan gave me a look and walked away, I knew what he meant by it.

Eddie and I walked in our room, and I sat on the edge of the bed.

"Mike's gonna find out and be pissed."

"Weren't we already expecting that, though?"

"Yeah, but I did this for a good reason. Now everyones back. Stan doesn't seem to be in any pain."

"Not yet, at least."

"Leaving you to die wasn't an option, Eddie. At least soon everything will be normal again."

"You think it'll be normal again."

"Why wouldn't it be?"

"The book said Stan will be in constant pain. That book is never fucking wrong."

"It's gonna be fine-"

"Richie. Open the door," Mike said, sounding pissed off.

"Shit," I mumbled, getting up and opening the door, seeing Stan and Mike.

"Why the fuck is Stan here."

"Ahah..?"

"Richie I told you, this isn't a good idea."

"He's fine right now, see?"

"Stan, are you in any pain right now?"

"No."

"See! He's fine. We're fine. Stan is back and soon you guys will remember Eddie again, and everything can go back to normal."

"No, thats not how it works. We can't just go back to normal. We all have different lives now."

"Yeah, but we can all be friends again, now that everyone is alive. Adults can have friends, Mike. Everyones fine."

He sighed, staring into my eyes, making it feel like he was reaching my soul.

"Fine, if he turns out to be ok. Then fine. But don't come crying to me when he drops to the ground, sobbing from pain. I'm gonna go call the others and tell them what you did."

He left, leaving Stan, Eddie and I speechless.

"Well fuck."

"You really fucked up, Rich," Stan said.

"Oh shut up."
