"W-What is this? Is this real?" I shakily whispered as I stared at the ground beneath me with a trail of tears cascading down my cheeks. My trembling arms that were on the verge of collapsing did their best to support my quivering body.

"Your memories from our past... I'm sorry I couldn't save you before," he choked out with a guilt ridden expression washing over his delicate face.

I lifted my head up and stared at Seungmin with distraught eyes and lunged at him with my arms enveloping him in a tight embrace.

"You... you died because of me. I'm so sorry," I repeatedly apologized as I clutched the back of his shirt because of the injustice and wrongful accusation that he faced after my death.

He shook his head and sniffled, "I'm just... happy that you're here now. I won't leave you again."

I smiled into the crook of his neck, but my smile dropped and my blood ran cold when I heard a familiar voice.

"So she finally remembers."

'No...he can't...' I turned around and saw Yeonjun standing a few feet away from us with a smirk plastered over his lips.

"You too?" I squeaked and he nodded his head.

"How do you remember? What did you do?" Questioned Seungmin with his eyes fixed on Yeonjun's every move.

"Losing (Y/n) really hurt me. I wanted to meet her again so I dabbled in dark magic. Amazing isn't it?"

"No, I never wanted to see you again after what happened before. I...want nothing to do with you. You were the reason why we died!" I incredulously shouted as I stood up from the ground and took a step forward with clenched fists, but Seungmin grabbed my wrist and stopped me from going forward.

"You would have never died if you weren't involved with him," calmly responded Yeonjun.

"Why did you have to come here? Can't you just leave us alone in this life?" Pleaded Seungmin.

"I admit that you're cool and we could have been friends if it weren't for our past memories, but since we do... it's only right that I reclaim what was once mine."

"What could you possibly do?" Spat Seungmin as he stepped in front of me as he watched Yeonjun approach us.

"Do you really want to know?" Smirked Yeonjun with crazed eyes as he took a few strides towards us and gradually came closer and closer until he eventually stopped in front of Seungmin. "Or shall I show you?"

He pulled out a dagger from behind and thrusted it into Seungmin's stomach and continued to push it further in all while staring at me. My breath hitched in my throat and a chill ran down my spine as I lowered my eyes and saw the droplets of blood that were falling to the ground.

Seungmin gripped Yeonjun's wrist and pushed his hand away with the dagger slowly coming out from him with his cries of pain filling the air.

It was a power struggle between the two, but Seungmin managed to push him away and immediately placed his hand over his wounded stomach.

He stumbled back, but I placed a hand behind his back and grabbed his arm to keep him steady.

"Thank you," he mumbled.

"I'm going to call for help, so please hang on." I pulled out my phone and tapped on the phone icon as I dialed 911, but my call wasn't going through and that's when I realized that the signal bars were low and flickering between one bar and No Service.
