Oh my god!

After they got out of the cyberlife store, hank drove them all to his house, gavin left in his car and nines, sixty and connor needed rest from this eventful day. Of course, crime never sleeps, so hank got a call tonight asking if they could investigate a house in the morning.

As always, hank couldn't turn it down so he said sure.
Connor awoken from stasis first, getting off the couch and letting go of his brother's hands; he went in the kitchen where hank was sitting. The kitchen lamp was the only light source in the room other than the calming blue LED light coming from the androids.

"Hey hank, why are you up so early? You've only had 5 hours of the required sleep for your age." Connor said, quieting his tone down to not alert his brothers.

Hank rolled his eyes, of course connor would care about his sleeping schedule. "Well, as you can see son, I have work to do." Hank said, gesturing to the pile of papers he was looking at. Connor scanned them and they were half bills and half of a new case he didn't know about.

"Oh." Was all connor said before they were both startled by nines popping up from behind connor. "What is this? Why aren't you sleep hank? Same for you connor." Nines said, staring into both of them.

"I'm working. Now both of you, go and get, shoo." Hank said, flapping them away. Connor shrugged and smiled, hugging hank as he had on reading glasses and a beer next to him.

Nines looked after his brother, connor walked into hank's room for some odd reason so nines followed.

Connor slowly looked through hank's closet, he soon found something and he started giggling. Nines leaned on the doorframe watching connor as connor put on the larger clothing, then when connor turned around he got startled by nines staring at him.

"Oh, hello brother, what's wrong?" Connor asked, he crossed his arms behind his back and kept a posture. Nines raised an eyebrow, and he walked closer into the room and scanned connor. "What did I tell you about scanning!" Connor said, putting his hands over nines' eyes.

Nines let out a low chuckle and removed his hands, "I can't do it to you without your knowledge, I know. Why are you wearing hank's clothes?"Nines asked, it only caused connor to blush a little harder to where it could be seen.

"Gavin said he liked when I was wearing bigger clothes, and since I don't naturally have big clothes for myself I use hanks. I am going to a place with him today actually." Connor beamed up with joy but nines didn't seem all that happy for him.

"I see. Well don't let go of my hand anymore and when will you go?" Nines said, his voice dropping a little bit, connor tilted his head. "Gavin will text me the time, What do you mean don't let go of your hand?" Connor asked, nines kept his cool but seemed a little bit embarrassed even if it was only them two in there.

Nines loved connor like a brother, older brother but nines is the protective type. Once he latches on to someone, he stays. Whenever he wants something from connor, he can't help but get jealous if his brother does something without him knowing. It seems weird or even like they were dating, but it's not a sexual nor romantic tension between them.

Maybe normalize hugging your brother until they fall asleep. Nines is overprotective and very smart, somehow smarter than connor but connor was a range of secrets.

"I... I only go into stasis when I'm holding your hand." Nines muttered, but connor heard every bit of what he said. Connor smiled and reached for nines' hand, grabbing it and pulling him out of the room.

Back in the living room, they saw hank passed out, liquor on his beard and lips. Good thing his gun wasn't out, and good thing he wasn't on the floor. His head was down on the papers and he was sleeping.
