~Hank's house~
"Connor hasn't been gone for so long before. I still don't understand why he's with gavin's ass, what does he see in him?!" Hank grumbled to himself out loud, nines was sitting perfectly on the couch, face was just neutral, although he did seem a little angry but with nines' face structure, you can't really tell unless he's with connor.
Connor brought out the best in everyone and their faces, they would smile when they were with him but nines seemed to be looking like he did before he was deviant, and hank was drinking his problems away once again.
Nines didn't try to stop him, if he felt like getting drunk, he wouldn't blame him. They could've just told connor to come back home, but connor was with the one he loved, they couldn't help but be happy for him as he figured out what he liked.
The thing is... it's gavin he loves. Maybe he's in denial?
Or maybe connor likes the type to mentally abuse him? Maybe he looked past all of the horrible things gavin did and just needed someone to experiment with, if so then I wonder when the little cerade will end.
Hank stopped pacing in the kitchen and brought the beer up to his lips, taking another long swig. He was used to this feeling, it didn't hurt and it sure as hell didn't make him feel better.
The room would always light up if connor was here, but hank didn't mess with the topic anymore.
Nines then got up from the couch and went to the front door, but then there was a huge gunshot heard from the backroom. Where sixty was.
Hank and nines rushed to the room and there sixty was, his head inpunctured and covered with blue blood. Hank's eyes widened, it reminded him of connor, he ran up to the body while nines stood there frozen.
How the hell did this happen. "Well don't just stand there! Help me!" Hank said furiously, nines nodded and picked up the body. If he was human he would have thrown up, he's seen many dead bodies but he's warmed up to sixty... it hurts to see his limp body.
"Oh my fuck- how did this happen?!" Hank yelled when they set his dead body on the couch to inspect.
"Your gun, he... Shot himself." Nines muttered, he reconstructed the backrooms, since it just happened then it must've been a lot of contemplating.
"Hankkk! I know I said no more donuts but I guess we could have just one for no-" Connor walked in through the door, hank gave him a house key since he now lives with him, but connor came at the wrong time, but of course gavin was right behind him giggling with connor until they both came to a stop.
Connor's eye's widened at the sight, blue blood on hank's hands and shirt, nines wasn't in the room at the time, and sixty was on the couch dead.
Connor then stood frozen, gavin also had tears in his eyes, seeing another connor model that looked like his boyfriend.. dead was traumatizing, even if connor was right next to him.
"Shit! Connor listen, w-we don't know what happened." Hank tried to speak before connor came to a conclusion.
Connor's eyes got watery, his legs almost limp, his mind going into many errors.
"That's his blood on your hands... What did you do?" Connor said, squinting his eyes at him and walking towards hank slowly, his gaze being firm. Gavin walked over to sixty and was almost going to start sobbing like crazy.
How did it come to this?
"Connor, listen to me-"
"No hank, how did this happen? I thought you liked androids now, or were you trying to get another one of me killed by doing it yourself?" Connor said, having to dropped the donuts on the ground and going up to hank.
Hank looked genuinely scared, connor was scary alot but when directed at him he almost felt like he was going to die.
"No no, connor I didn't do this!" Hank finally said, eyeing sixty and then back at connor. Connor's eyes only got more frustrated, angry tears running down his face.
"Then who the fuck DID." Connor yelled, his fists curled up and his LED going a firm red.
Nines heard connor's voice and immediately ran out, he grabbed connor's hand and pulled him back."Let me go!" Connor tried to get his hand off of him but to no avail. "Connor listen, hank didn't do this, sixty did!" Nines quickly admitted to connor, then gavin's head snapped their way.
"W-what?" Connor muttered, his LED never changing. Nines looked sad too, he looked at hank and hank had just as much confusion as before.
Nines started to explain, "I did the reconstruction... He was in the zen garden... he didn't make it and amanda got to him before he got to the hand."
Connor fell on the ground, looking into space as his mind whirled around, amanda's name rang in his head as he couldn't stand, nor could he feel his normal self. It all happened so fast and now look, sixty's dead.
"I... I can save him!" Connor said, sadly smiling, everyone looked at him like he was crazy. "H-how?" Nines asked, hank nodded basically asking the same thing.
"I can switch with him, kinda like how I would have in the cyberlife tower!" Connor then wobbled to stand up and sat on the end of the couch, gavin stayed quiet and stood to the side, he felt like he was intruding but sixty didn't deserve this.
"Connor.. if you do that sixty will be here but you won't." Nines said, holding connor's hand for dear life. Connor furrowed his eyebrows together, hank gasped... having connor not be here? That's a life he didn't want to live.
"I don't care, I can come back but he can't. I love you nines but I have to do this, sixty is only here because he was amanda's toy to kill me, but after not succeeding... she came after sixty, so I have to do this." Connor said, softly holding nines' hand.
Hank put his hand on connor's shoulder, connor looked up at hank. Hank had a tear rolling down him face. He closed his eyes and then nodded, nines also nodded.
Connor smiled widely, he'd give his life for any one of his brothers, there isn't no other answer.
"Okay." Connor said, he removed sixty's sleeve and connected to sixty's arm in interface. Connor closed his eyes as the whirring noises were the only thing that could be heard, connor started to get more weak as his life was drained from him. Sixty's life was becoming his and he was soon in connor's body.
They saw sixty's body move a little bit but he was still gone, and then sixty was in connor and connor was dead.
Nines broke out in a soft sob. His stress levels weren't going away, he was almost close to self destructing again so he held onto connor's hand to calm him but it wasn't working. Gavin held his hand over his mouth, he saw connor die once again.
Hank didn't want to be used to it but he was, that didn't stop him from crying and seeing memories pop up in his head. Sixty (now in connor's body) fell limp and fell off the couch, until he regain consciousness and then slowly opened his eyes.
He was back, he looked down and saw a grey T shirt and tight jeans with gavin's jacket. "W-what... I-I'm supposed to be dead... How? Connor.. Shit! Connor!" Once sixty realized what happened he looked at the couch and saw a small smile on his own dead body, that was connor smiling at them while he was dead.
"Connor..." Hank muttered, just now seeing this smile on sixty's dead body, nines didn't dare to look but he squeezed the hand tighter than ever.
Sixty grabbed connor's other hand and squeezed it, he laid his head down on his chest and started crying too. The light from the room faded.
