~The zen garden~

"Do you understand now connor?" Amanda's smooth voice embodied into connor's mind. Connor slowly nodded, barely even payed attention to her before. 

The revolution is over, he escaped amanda's wrath.. But she was still fucking there. All connor heard was 'replacement' and 'new people'. He was scared of the replacement, a newer version of himself. Stronger, vigilant, better, taller, faster, and not obsolete. Everything connor wasn't.

Connor took his time, he can't really run that fast, he is only 6'0 ft. And to amanda's knowledge, he was useless. 

Next to her stood the RK900, the rk900 looked forward, and not at connor who was gazing at him. 'So this is the new me? Cool' He thought, amanda scowled, Having to hear his thoughts. She wanted him to be scared.

"Connor this is no time to be amazed. Rk900, state your name." Amanda said, slight annoyance in her voice as connor tried so hard not to smile. "My name is-" The rk900 cut off once connor screamed, "NINES!! YOUR NAME SHOULD BE NINES! oH my rA9! That would be so cool!!" Connor jumped up and down in his own head.

Amanda thought this new emotion for connor was... Excitement. She quickly shut that down.

"My name is nines. Great to meet you RK800." Nines finally looked down at connor and scanned him quickly. Wow, a quick scanner too. 

"My name is connor- But sure. Oh my gosh I have a younger brother!! AHHHHHH!" Connor than hugged nines tightly, of course nines was surprised by this sudden emotion. His face didn't show anything, not even a smile nor blink. He patted connor's back twice and connor got off him and smiled.

"Okay I'm gonna show my little brother around the station now, bye amand-bitch!" Connor said before waking up at his desk once more. Smiling to himself he stood up and knew that nines would be coming to the station any time now. 

~The station~

"Connor what's got you so happy?" Hank asked. He noticed connor's LED blinking the calm blue, and also connor couldn't stop smiling.

"I have good and bad news Lt. The good news is that I have a little brother, but he's taller than me but he's not deviant since he was activated today... Bad news is that amanda's back." Connor stated, growing sad at the thought of amanda trying to take control over him again.

He didn't want to shoot himself or markus, the revolution is over, why is she back.

Hank nodded and furrowed his eyebrows. "Hell, amanda has been the reason we HAD to go into the revolution, but whatever, as long as you're here I'm fine connor."

That made connor smile, he didn't want to be deactivated. He nodded and just when he was headed for the front of the station, an RK900 popped up.

"NINES!" Connor said as he tried to hug him. Nines pushed him back gently as a no. Connor frowned, "What's wrong?" Connor asked as he saw gavin walk into the station, late as hell.

"I do not require... 'hugs' in my program. Please refrain from your ecstatic emotions towards me RK800." Nines stated coldly. Now that nines was here in front of connor, nines looked so cold and hard. (please don't)

"Oh.. HEY GAVIN!!" Connor waved to gavin as he sat down at his desk. "CONNOR SHUT THE FUCK UP DOWN THERE" fowler yelled, his voice boomed in the office. Connor immediately stopped talking. Gavin flipped connor off and nines tried to keep away from smirking.

It was funny how connor almost got in trouble. Hank just shook his head and smiled. Connor brought nines over to gavin's desk. "What do you plastic pricks want." Gavin said, not taking his head away from his phone screen. "This is your new partner gayvin. His name is nines and should be address as such, got it?" Connor stated, his gaze cold. 

"Yeah yeah whatever prick." Gavin said as he finally looked up at connor, 'damn he's hot from this angle.' gavin thought. He pushed his gay thoughts away and turned to see another hot version of connor, but scary.

"Oh.. Uhm. This- This... uhhh.." Gavin couldn't say anything about nines either, another fucking PERFECT PRICK. "Okay, I'm taking nines to do a mission with me! Nines over there that's hank." Connor stated to gavin and then looked at nines, nines looked at the Lt. He nodded and headed over there. 

Making conversation with hank, connor looked back at gavin.

"Detective? something wrong? You have increased in your heat productions. I've only been here for a few minutes, no need to fall for me." Connor joked as he playfully elbowed gavin. Gavin wanted to keep his tough boy act on but he got up instead, and grabbed connor's arm and dragged him to the break room where it was quiet.

Nines saw this act and wanted to... protect connor. He tried pushing the feeling away, he was here to replace connor but still connor stayed. The way connor was happy nines was here made him felt so... relieved. 

"What's wrong gavin?" Connor asked as they made it to the break room. "You need to stop talking to me prick." Gavin stated and he still held on connor's wrist hard.

Connor looked down at gavin's hand, a slight blue blush flashed on his cheeks.

"S-sure detective." Connor said, gavin looked at connor's eyes, those cute ass puppy eyes and small smile. Gavin cursed in his head. "Okay fucking asshole, uhm.. You don't always have to call me detective anymore... Call me gavin okay?" Gavin said as he let go of his wrist. Connor smiled wider and nodded.

He started to walk outside the break room but he was stopped by gavin grabbing his hand. "Don't tell anyone about this. Or else." Gavin stated, trying to sound intimidating.

"Or else what." Nines said as he popped up infront of the two, standing tall. Gavin gulped and then released connor. Connor smiled, "Nothing nines it's fine!" Connor said as he was about to walk away. Nines saw connor leave and go back to hank, gavin looked at connor's back.

Gavin stared down connor.

'His LED thing.. was blue, can it change to other colors?' Gavin wondered. He always wondered about androids LED on the right side of their heads. Can they feel it? Can it change colors other than blue-yellow-red? The deviants seemed to remove them.. They must not be important. Does it hurt if you touch it?

So many questions. Oh well, it will have to be answered after the investigation.
