2nd POV

"Welcome back." A certain guy who once had red hair smiles at your return, "I was beginning to think that you wouldn't show."

The sun barely rises from the horizon as you get off the truck to approach him. As you stood in front of him at a distance, you didn't exactly hold the same smile as you'd like. You had a long night, and it practically drained you from all that driving. You said, "Sorry for the late entry. Driving all night wasn't exactly a part of my plan."

Kirishima takes a step towards you and holds a slightly concerned expression, "You okay?"

You softly nodded, "I'm fine. I'm just tired."

He gives out a small sigh and looks at the truck behind you, "So, you took this from your camp? I didn't exactly expect you to be the type to steal. But I won't judge given the circumstances here."

You turned around and said, "Well, it's more like I stole from the actual thieves who were robbing the heroes. Apparently, impersonating as soldiers isn't outdated. Thanks for the warning, by the way. It nearly took me a while to understand what you meant after you left."

"Just looking out for you and the team." He says with a simple shrug, "I know that it wasn't easy getting out. But it means a lot."

"Yeah." You then mentioned, "There's some goods in there if your organization needs anything from the cargo. Also, I brought Tsu along as well. She's asleep at the moment."

"Hm." Kirishima walks over to the vehicle and checks out the amount of cargo that was loaded in the back. Staring at the amount of loot that was in here, it brought joy and fascination. With a wide smile, he says, "This is great! They'll be able to receive everything that we'll need for our general development team. I've been meaning to get an upgrade for my costume!"

"Glad to hear that." You said as you watched him check out a few cargo crates. You were a bit hesitant to ask, but you did so anyways, "So.. Did Bakugo believe you? About me being alive and all.."

He stopped looking for a moment and held a disappointed look, "He didn't want to believe me. Not that I blame or anything, but after the blast, he thought that you died and he tried accepting it. But.. he still regrets what he did to hurt you. He'll never admit it, but he still cared about you. Even if he believes that you're truly gone."

Your heart ached after hearing this. It made you relieved to hear that he still cared for you. But it also hurt you knowing that guilt has been following him ever since you were in a coma.

"For a while, he isolated himself in his old home that we used for shelter and never bothered to come out. He didn't eat or sleep knowing that he was responsible for destroying everything." He tells you, "I've never seen Bakugo in that much pain before. I felt that I couldn't do much to help him, but he was already on the verge of ending himself after seeing so many survivors backlash him after he tried to help them. They refused his help. So he only became what they see him as."

"..So, does he still help people?" You wondered just to ensure who's side you were joining.

"He does, but he mostly taught them how to help themselves." He says casually, "He's not the same guy as before, but he still has some heart left in him. It doesn't matter if you saw him as a villain or not."

I guess some of those folks followed Bakugo, and that's how his organization was born.
