2nd POV

The vehicle comes to a stop at a perfect parking space, and already, two familiar soldiers were out waiting for you all. It became early in the afternoon after a long way of driving. As long as you had gotten your rest, it didn't bother Kirishima. He likes to travel.

"There he is!" A golden-haired male with a black lightning streak held his arms out for his best buddy, "It's about time you showed up! I thought you were going to miss the meeting today!"

"Hah! No way, man! It wouldn't be right of me if I'm not there with my bros!" Kirishima happily opened his arms as well and was welcomed with a manly embrace after getting out of the vehicle.

"Ah, bromance." Sero grins as he chuckled at his two friends. He had his arms crossed and asked the once red head, "So, whatcha got for us this time?"

"Something special for the team." With a proud grin, Kirishima quickly gets to the back of the truck and knocks on it to signal you out.

Inside, your heart was racing a million times faster. Were you nervous? Of course. Panicking? Yes. Overthinking the situation? Definitely. Old habits die hard. You haven't seen anyone for a long time, so this was exactly like the first time you woke up from your coma. Talk about deja vu.

It's okay, Y/n. It's just your friends.

You took a deep breath and did your best to remain as calm as you can be.

Here we go.

You poked your head out to get an approving nod and a soft smile from your friend as he helped you climb out of the vehicle.

Sero nearly dropped his jaw as his throat suddenly went dry, and Denki's face became very pale.

You slowly approached them. And with an awkward standing position after being in front of them. You wanted to speak, but nothing couldn't come out. It felt a little off, so you tried speaking once more. But as you did, your chest felt heavier, and your eyes became watery as a weary smile appeared on your face, ".. Long time no see, huh?"

Sero covered his mouth as he was in so much shock to see you standing before him. Denki, on the other hand, was a bit of a mess. Either way, both of them had tears pouring from their eyes and took in the moment of seeing your face again.

"Listen, I'm really sorry for -" You tried to apologize for your absence, but you were tackled by Denki.

With his arms wrapped around your waist and his head laying almost on your lap, he was a sobbing mess. He tried sputtering out a few words, but most of them were lost by his emotions. He couldn't speak as he just held onto you tightly like a child holding onto their mother.

Sero ran to you and dropped on his knees to hug you by wrapping his arms around your neck.

Once again, a crying session between you three commenced.

"You're here! You're really here!"

"I can't believe this! It's a miracle!"

"We thought that you were gone! I thought you were evacuated like everyone else or got eaten by those crazy nomus!"

"Denki!"

"What!? It doesn't matter now! Y/n's alive! She's here with us! Oh man! It's so good to see you!"

"Guys.." You sniffled and laughed, "I've missed you all so much. I never thought I'd see you again after what I saw. I'm just so happy."

"Us too." Sero croaked, "I really thought that you were gone."

You shook your head and chuckled, "Well.. I'm here now. And I don't plan on going anywhere else right now."

"Good because you're stuck with us for life." Denki joked as the three of you shared a laugh.
