Graviton, floating in the air, held his fists by his hand, clenched and ready to fight. General Gwbaggan and the many soldiers looked at him with fear, while Ser looked at him with confusion. He had known this man for a week and a half and he never showed any sign of these powers, yet here they were.
"Lux! Get our imprisoned friend out of his cage," Graviton demanded. "Neena, Guardian Babe, and myself will take care of these fools!"
Nodding out of pure respect due to the strength he showed off, Lux and Neena headed over to Krill's cell and began devising a way to get him out. Meanwhile, Graviton lowered himself to the ground and stood by Neena and Guardian Babe's side. The two stared amongst the many soldiers before them, along with the general and Ser, who both stood ready as well.
Looking at his teammates he whispered to them. "Neena, I want you to take Ser. Your hand-to-hand skills should be able to disarm him," he commanded, waiting for her answer.
"Sounds good, I'll do my best."
Nodding, he looked to his other side. "G.B., I want you to deal with the many soldiers, your rockets can easily deal with the crowd control. I'll deal with the general."
Smirking, she nodded to Graviton and looked at the many soldiers as her smug grin turned into a devilish smile.
For a moment, the only noise that was heard was the alarm that still blared throughout the facility. Both teams stared directly into the eyes of one another. The one who didn't was Lux, who filed through his bag hoping for something to help him rescue his old boss.
However, the silence would be cut off, as the General let out a booming yell, commanding his soldiers to attack the three pirates. As Graviton watched this, he too let out a commanding yell, charging toward the Xeeldein forces.
As they ran forth, Graviton used his metal manipulation powers to construct a sword. Once it was done, he threw it to Neena, who caught it and used it to charge Ser.
Immediately, the sword clashed against Ser's daggers. The two were toe to toe, as both were skilled with blades. Clashing their steel edges against the other, neither one could get a hit on the other. They had no cuts nor gashes, and no blood was being spilled.
Meanwhile, Graviton charged the general who now had metal gauntlets around his hands. Jumping in the air as he got closer, Graviton raised his fist and prepared to bring it down on the general, but as he did, Gwbaggan raised his arm and blocked the attack, the kinetic energy from Gravitons fist being absorbed into the gauntlet.
Growling, Graviton formed a metal spike in his hand, which he then used in an upward motion, hoping to get his face. However, the general quickly dodged and grabbed Gravitons arm, flipping him over his head.
On the other side of the prison, Lux fumbled through his bag searching for a way to break his old captain out of his cubed cell. Pulling out different tools and gadgets, his hand would finally touch the item he needed, the CyberSphere. The device would do the same thing it was used for back on Rugrippour. If all went well, its powerful lasers would cut through the tempered glass with ease and allow the imprisoned pirate to escape.
"Don't worry Krill! We're gonna get you out of here!" Lux assured, placing the sphere on the glass.
Rolling his eyes, Krill sat down on the bed he had in his cell and waited for Lux to open it up. Once the CyberSphere was attached, he pressed the button and watched as the lasers activated and began cutting into the glass.
Meanwhile, Guardian Babe made easy work of the soldiers as they attacked her. One by one, she picked them off using her cybernetic enhancements. Rockets, blades, and more, each dealt with a guard with ease, allowing her to protect herself and stop them while Graviton and Neena fought General Gwbaggan and Ser respectively.
