Lola was sitting at home inside the living room, minding her own business. As she scrolled through Tik Tok on her phone, a knock would come from the front door. She felt surprised as she didn't expect anyone to visit today. After getting up and waddling over to the entrance of the building, Lola unlocked the front door and opened it slowly, letting the cool breeze rush in. Standing there in the doorway of the apartment complex was a delivery driver holding a large box.
"For Miss Lola Hilling?" The man smiled.
Looking down at the package and then up at the man, Lola could only grin. "That's me!"
She reached her hand out, taking the box carefully before setting it onto the floor. As she closed the door, Lola squatted beside the delivery with a confused look. Noticing a tag on the side, she quickly grabbed it before reading.
"To Lola, the best sister in the universe, love Sky."
Tears immediately filled her eyes, ripping open the gift with all her might. To her surprise, inside was a large coat with a dark blue colouring and patterns woven together to resemble windows. As soon as she picked it up, she realised just how soft it was and hugged it tightly against herself. With a huge smile across her face, Lola put it on before making her way towards a mirror. As she looked at herself, she'd gasp
with happiness.
The coat was designed to look like the TARDIS from Doctor Who, and seemed like something you could only get specially made.
Her eyes were full of emotion as she looked down at the coat, completely in love with it.
"Thank you, Sky!" She mumbled to herself.
