Lying on the ground of the prison, Krill stared up at the ceiling and sighed. Occasionally, a slight chuckle would escape his mouth, but other than that, all was silent.
And then it wasn't.
Suddenly, the lockdown protocols were deactivated and the soundproof panels covering the cells were opened, revealing the thousands of angry and shouting could be heard. Angrily, he got up and walked over to the dead bodies around him, trying to find something of use. And then it hit him. The only way the lockdown could be deactivated was by a person in the prison, never remotely or never automatically. Slowly grabbing a rifle, he stood up straight and pretended not to realize there was someone there, until he heard the voice.
"Well well well, Krill Bgong, it is quite an honor!" a booming and slightly regal voice echoed through the corridor.
"Whoever you are, leave. Or I'll shoot your heart out!" Krill responded, not turning around.
"Oh please!" the voice laughed, "I am not here to harm you, but to help you!"
Confused, Krill turned around to see a very large yellow alien slowly making his way toward him.
"Who the hell are you?" he asked, raising his rifle slightly.
"I am Chzoik Ulriant, I am the Ambassador of the city Terra Sancta," he bowed. "I have heard of your incredible exploits and I am here to request your assistance."
"Oh yeah? Assistance for what?" Krill asked, not fully believing him yet.
"To help me kill the crew of the Red Yantar," he said seriously spoke. But then, he looked around and saw the dead bodies of Lux and Ser. "But I see you've already dealt with some of them, and I've heard another one of their crew members is down."
"So now what? We kill the brat and his female companions?" he asked, starting to get on board with it.
"Yes, my child. Now come, I want to introduce you to the Sentinels of the Ozvis, my top-tier soldiers."
Smirking, Krill dropped the rifle and followed Chzoik. It looked like him and Graviton would be meeting soon after all.
