This is Hazel's best friend, and she didn't have to be apart of the mess Hazel is in, she just wants Hazel to live and still be around
She's also 17, at least 5'7, just like Hazel she was also supposed to be taller but I changed it.
She tends to wear "revealing" clothes at her top half, but Hazel got her a jacket just so people who would make her uncomfortable couldn't stare at her and so she wouldn't get cold since it is autumn for them.
Although rebellious Xia does just like to hang out with Hazel, she's normally a relaxed person who really loves music.
She is also known to be a pretty good hacker, but Hazel doesn't know this until later on in the story
