Chapter 13: Whatever it takes.

A/N: hi I fucking realized how stupid I was. I wrote down my notes/ideas of how I wanted the story to go. I'm not doing that idea anymore lol. I forgot to delete that part 😒

Y/n:
(As y/n went to go get breakfast)
I had a shit eating grin on my face as soon as I left Nora's bedroom. I hurriedly walked over to the bridge separating the never and ever castle from each other. It was a brisk day and i wrapped my long sweater around my body tightly as I started to cross the bridge. I was alone while waking which I thought was odd but didn't dwell on it. I made it halfway across to near where the old headmaster's office was, before I felt a sheering pain in my head and the world went black.

Lesso:
I had sent Clarissa to look and see if y/n was just taking her time in the dining hall, as I tried not to panic. My mind was racing and I couldn't help but think of worst case scenarios in my mind. I knew that y/n wanted me to rest and recover but fuck it, if she wasn't here then neither was I. I grabbed my cane from the bedside table and started to the door. I was reaching for the handle when I heard his voice. "Hello Leonora." I whipped my head around and started to search for the source of the voice. I saw a shadowy figure of Rafal resting in my large floor length mirror. I rushed over to where the mirror was and held my hand against it. "What are you doing here Rafal!" I said bitterly. "Oh nothing my love... I just thought you might want to see what happens to those who take things away from me." I felt my blood turn to ice and I had a horrid feeling in my stomach now.

Y/n:
I woke up in an unfamiliar room with my hands tied to the side of a chair. I slowly blinked and felt the pounding in my head as I got to my bearings. "W-where am I?" I slowly asked. "Nice to finally meet you..." I heard a male voice lowly say. "Who are you?" I asked, still not being able to see who it was. I saw him finally step out into the shadows revealing a man in a red suit and a satanic grin on his face. "I don't believe we've meet... I'm Rafal." I felt my breath hitch. Oh shit I l was so fucked, I took Leonora away from him. I had no idea what he was going to do but I was terrified. I saw him use his magic to create a massive double sided mirror showing Nora pacing the room and about to leave. "Let's pay her a visit shall we?"

Lesso:
I heard a scream filled with pain and I panicked trying to find where y/n was. All at once I saw Rafal appear in the corner of my room holding y/n against him with a knife stabbed into her stomach. I moved forward but the second I did Rafal took the handle of the knife and twist it more into her gut. Y/n screamed again as the impact hit her. "I wouldn't come any closer Leonora". "Rafal let her go... it's me you want not her." Y/n slowly lifted her head and shook it slightly at me. Her eyes where so worried for me that it physically pained me to see her like that. "Let her go." I said trying to sound braver then I was. "N-nora no please" y/n weakly said. I shook my head and blinked back the tears threatening to fall from my eyes. "Whatever it takes my love" I said with a sad smile. Rafal gave me a sick grin and threw y/n onto the floor causing her to whimper in pain. "Where going to have lost of fun Leonora." He said and came closer to me grabbing my hand pulling me towards him.

Dovey:
I came back from looking for y/n all over the ever school with no luck. I pushed open Leo's door and gasped at the sight in front of me. Y/n lay on the floor bleeding out unconscious and alone. "Leonora?!?" I yelled out as I rushed to y/n's side to try and heal her. "Comon y/n" I mumbled as I pulled the knife out of her stomach and pressed my hands to the wound so I could heal it. After a few minutes I heard a faint cough as y/n slowly woke up. "Oh thank god" I said and sighed with relief. It took a few moments before she came back to her senses. She suddenly sat up and looked around frantically. "Where is she Clarissa!?!" "I-I don't know y/n" she started gasping for breath and started panicking. "He took her!  Oh my god... Clarissa!! She told him to take her instead of me!!" Y/n started blabbering random words trying to describe to me what happened, but her ragged breath and shaking voice made it very difficult for me to understand her.

Time skip:

Y/n:
Today marked the one month anniversary of Nora being missing. I found it hard to do anything but lay in bed all day. I skipped my classes almost everyday no longer giving a shit if I passed them or not. Jackie and Dovey where the only people I had seen. They both brought me food and practically shoved it down my throat so I would eat something. The only reason I got up was to ask if anyone knew anything about where Nora could possibly be. All of a sudden there was a knock on my dorm room door. I sighed as I walked over and opened it to find a small black box. I picked it up and threw it on my bed. I stared at it for a few moments before finally deciding to open it. As I pulled the lid off I gasped and felt tear's building in my eyes. Inside was a simple note with the words "she's gone." And Leonora's necklace.
