Can I Have Your Number?

Pagkatapos nilang magpaalam kay Teacher Jah, may ibinulong si Pau sa Daddy Ken niya.

Ken smiled and turned to Josh. "Hey, Mr. Santos, I hope you won't mind, but I can have your number?"

"Oh? My number?"

Napatigil si Josh.

Nuks naman, baka type ako neto ha. Di naman masama, nakaka gwapo talaga pag mabuting ama. I won't mind chatting more with this Mr Suson to be honest—

"Yeah, so Pau and Tey can keep in touch."

Ay, sabe ko nga may mga anak kami syempre para sa mga anak namen 'to. HAHAHAHAHAHA

Josh chuckled. "Oo naman! That would be great."

Ken pulled out his phone and handed it to Josh. "Here, just put in your number and we'll exchange."

Josh took the phone and quickly entered his number before handing it back to Ken. "There you go."

"Got it. We'll text you later."

Teytey tugged on his father's shirt. "Papa, ibig sabihin po pwede na si Paupau mag visit sa house po?"

"Of course naman nak, we'd love to have Paulo over. Kayo?"

"Sounds good to me, boys," Ken said. "We can set up a playdate for you guys soon."

"Absolutely," Josh agreed. "We can grab some coffee and let them play together."

Paupau was beaming with excitement, "Yay! Thank you, Papa!" Sabi ng bata sabay lapit kay Josh at yumakap sa kanya.

Napatingin ulit si Josh to see Ken's reaction. Ken is clearly amused, smiling widely.

The two kids high-fived each other, already planning out what games they'll play and what toys they'll bring. 

Ken and Josh exchanged a smile. It was heartwarming to see their children like this, despite the unfortunate events that had transpired earlier that day.

"Teytey, where do you wanna eat before we go home? Gusto mo mag McDo tayo?"

Stell shooks his head. "Ayaw Papa! Baka nandun yung clown po! He's scaweeyy."

Paulo giggles. "Teytey is scared sa clowns po. They're funny looking eh." He looks at his dad. "Daddy, I want peach mango pie. Can we go to Jollibee po?"

"Of course, little prince." Ken said, tucking a hair behind his son's ear. 

"How about we also bring Teytey and his Papa, since may playplace dun and we can eat together?" Ken suggested. "I think you boys deserve it for being good and strong boys. Diba Mr. Santos?"

"Papa, Papa, pwease, dwive din tayo po sa Jabee?" Teytey said, looking up at his dad with those big cute eyes. Oh, how can Josh ever say no?

"O sige sige. Hindi naman ako tatanggi. Mag ba bye na kayo sa isa't isa, maghello nalang uli kayo pagdating naten don." Josh joked.

As they parted ways, Josh turned to Ken and said, "I'm glad our sons found each other."

Ken nodded and smiled at him. "Me too, Mr. Santos. Me too."
