Y/n POV-
I was right now sitting on the couch, looking at the screen watching f/s. When suddenly a add started playing for a upcoming race for the peach of immortality. I was never much of a racer but Mei and mk seem to be digging it."✨Huh✨ a peach of immortality" mk said all exactly
Pigsty then look over questioningly "a peach of what?" Suddenly mei and mk jump up yelling at pigsty which made me laugh "well that was a mood swing" I said still looking at them being yelled at by pigsy but luckily tang stop it by coughing a bit "if you will allow me" tang said pushing his glasses close to his face "legend says there is a sacred field of trees, that grows in the heavenly realm. Protected by gods themselves, every few thousand years these trees bring fourth peaches of in mortality. Against the wishes of the heavenly Host, the monkey king took them all making himself immortal" tang said as we all surrounded him "ah wait hold up, I thought monkey king was all ready immortal?" pigsy said confused "piggy, you're missing the point who ever wins this race will live forever" I smiled at them as Mei and Mk were getting excited about the race again
I look at one of the drawing in tangs book showing the monkey king from the stories I heard, he was very foolish and childish and has cause a lot of problems for many people that could have been well avoided. I signed look at mk as he and mei were get excited for the race "how could someone like him be a good mentor..." I said under my breath. Thinking if mk would even learn anything good
Time skip to a few weeks later (from me falling out of a nest)
I was sitting on the bleachers looking down on mk and mei getting ready to start racing as I was eating from my popcorn "wer right now away from the start of the race as their drivers make their final preparations" I was mostly rooting for mei cuz she knows how to race and mk it right now in his delivery truck but I was a tiny bit hoping mk would win too "GO MEI, GO MK" I yelled cheering them on as they waved at me but suddenly two orange and blue demons came out of nowhere making me a bit worried but when I look back at mei and mk, they seemed to be busy as I was about to go down to help but someone one stop me. When I turned around it was a hooded person "they'll be ok" he said as I felt a bit awkward "umm thanks but I just want to check" when I look back the hole demon bull family was there "crap" I was about to go forward but the mystery man was still holding on to "they be fine and besides, he's the monkey kid. I think he'll be ok" I felt a bit weird out but sat down "ok..."
The hooded man sat besides me as we watch the race it seemed that the only people racing were mei, mk and the demon bull family "on your marks, get set go!!!" I heard the announcements yell but they sounded a bit different "sooo are you got to tell me, who I have the pleasure to sit next to me?" I ask look at the mans face to see yellow eyes and dark skin "my apologies princess, the names six ears macaque and you are?" He ask leaning back "Y/n dragon" I smiled, he smiled back, when I saw his teeth I realized they were sharp "so who are you rooting for?" He shrugged "no one really, you?" I smiled "mei, the green one and monkey kid" I said smiling "well I hope th-" suddenly I heard the announcements yell "AND THEY WON" when I look to see who was the one that won, I saw it was both mk and mei. I jump up cheering getting ready to go down but I remembered macaque but when I look back, he's was all ready gone. I shrugged it off and started running over to mei giving her a tight hug "You did amazing out there mei ", she hugged back "thanks sis" I look over to mk about to say something to only see his start to eat the trophy but fails "is he..."I was worried and a bit confused as Mei nodded
Mk was now on the ground in pain cuz it broke his teeth. "I don't think it's ripe yet" mei then push out my hug "it's just a trophy, we don't really get a peach of immortality" I look to see redson shock From the corner of my eye but straight at mk to see him shock as well as they screamed what "but but the post says" mk said hold the poster with a pouty face as redson fished his thought "it says right there on the poster"
"Pfft hahaha it was going to give you more immortality by getting your picture projected on the Great Wall, it's not actually true" mei and me both bursted out laughing as she started falling to the ground. "Oh so the peach is a metaphor...oh ok" mk said look at the poster weirdly as redson jaw was open wide as he started to get angry "i-i-i-i- I new that!!!, You think your so-" redson said as he ran with a lot of fire stopping away as hes yelling peasants
"Wait what about the really peach's were are they?" Mk asked as I hit my face with my hand remember what tang said "I don't know" mei said shrugging. I took my hand off my face "let's go back to pigsy and celebrate"
Wukongs POV-
"Ah stolen fruit" I said laying on top a tree eating my peach's if these didn't make me immortal" I said eating another one "they would literally kill me" I burp, then felt something strange was about to happen...
