Jin was contemplating at the other side of the door. However he can't bear hearing Jungkook's slurred cries, pleading him to open the door. He eventually braved himself to open the door. As Jungkook was leaning against the door, Jin had had to quickly bend down to support Jungkook from falling. Jungkook lets out his bunny smile as he pokes Jin's face, "Kookie's Jinnie is here~ Why, why, Jinnie don't cry~".
"Jinnie is not crying. Kookie, you're heavy, can you still stand?" Jungkook was trying to get up but he was still too drunk he couldn't support himself. Jin then took Jungkook's arm, and slowly lift him up and walked him to his old room and gently placed him on the bed. He left Jungkook in his current clothes, and went out to take of Jungkook's belonging. That's when Jungkook's phone vibrate indicating of a call. He looks at the name, it was Jisoo. He intends to ignore, however the phone kept vibrating, that he picks up, "Oppa! I found the wedding dress!" Jin looks back at Jungkook's room, and keeping his emotion in, "Hi Jisoo, congratulations. Heard it from Jungkook earlier on. He was too happy, he had a drink and slept." There was silence on the other side, "Jisoo?", "Ah, yes, thank you Jin. I'm sure he's there to send you our wedding invitations. Let him know I'll call ok. Good to hear from you Jin. I'll get going bye!"
Jin took the photo album from the shelf, and sat at the living room. For every page he turns, he sees the transition of them from young kids, to teenagers and adult. He was thankful they managed to capture physical photo memories of them celebrating together for every little things that matters. Jin looks at how, Jungkook has been the stronger, someone you can trust and looks dependable. Well he doesn't just looks like one, he is a dependable friend that Jin tends to rely on every single time. Initially, Jin thought his feeling for Jungkook was similar to a sibling or friend, only to realized when they were separated from one another for their respective military service. He remembers writing letters to Jungkook on weekly basis, and his heartbeat raced when they finally reunited after the completion, only to experience heartbreak shortly after when he sees a lady by Jungkook's side.
Now that he sees the album and reflect, Jungkook has always been the selfless one. He always looks out for Jin for every step of the way. Maybe now, its Jin's turn to be there for Jungkook's milestone. Instead of running away and hurting Jungkook, he should be happy and be there till he send off Jungkook for his next phase in life. He wipes his tears away, for he promised this would be the last time he is going to harbor his feeling for Jungkook. For tomorrow, he will need to be there for his only friend/family, Jungkook.
