It's been a week and I am still ignoring Kronus. After that dinner, my mood instantly changed and I am still annoyed that he actually said that.

"I didn't give her an axact date, I only said next year. C'mon babe," he said with his pleading voice.

"I don't care, Kronus. That is not the point! Why would you even say that! You could've just backed me up with what I said!"

Naihatid niya ako sa bahay at lahat, I am still not in the mood to even have a nice and calm conversation with him. So now, like I said, it's been a week and I am still not in the mood to talk to him properly. Hell, I don't even want to have that conversation with him knowing he'll only push his reasons.

"You okay?" Cali asked.

I am currently at the cafeteria eating lunch when she suddenly popped out of nowhere. Kaya here we are na naman, ako na nagtitiis sa presence niya.

I simply nodded.

"Seems like you're not. Trouble in paradise?"

Umiling lang ako ulit.

"You know they say when you're going through something really bad, it's better to talk about it."

Inis akong bumaling sa kanya at tumitig. It feels weird that I am feeling this way towards her. I don't know why I strongly dislike her. Other people, when they approach me and I don't know them, I just casually react. But with her, I don't know why it's different.

"Hmm, let me see," tumitig pa siya sa akin na parang sinusuri ako, "You broke up with your boyfriend?"

What the hell? Why would she even say that? It's too personal!

I didn't say a word so she continued, "You know that's normal. People grow apart. Maybe it's time for you and your boyfriend to.. I don't know? Part ways and meet... other people?"

I shook my head in disappointment, good thing I never considered her friendship. Akmang tatayo na ako ng magsalita siya ulit.

"I don't mean to offend you, Gaia, but you know.. sometimes someone has to do the reality check."

I sighed and stood up, "I don't know what the hell has gotten into you to even think of assuming something very personal about other people. You are in no position to say anything like that, we're not even friends," lumapit ako sa kanya, she's now looking up to me, "And I don't I need a reality check, I am very much aware of what's going on with my life," I smirked, "Pakialamera."

I walked out of the cafeteria and went straight to my cubicle. Inis pa rin but I can't help but think that maybe I overreacted. But still, that girl is very pakialamera and I lost my cool. I shook my head and tried to get it out of my mind and I continued working.

"Gaia, your father wants you at in office," Kyro peeped at my cubicle.

"Now?" I asked.

He nodded kaya agad akong tumayo at dumiretso sa office ni Daddy. Pagkapasok ko ay nandoon si Mommy at si Mr. Rafello, the board's director, even Papou is there, pati si ang mga Theíos ko, Artaeus and Apollo.

"Dad?" I called. Lumingon silang lahat sa akin.

"Gaia," Daddy said, "Come in."

Pumasok ako dumiretso sa kanila. I greeted mom and dad and went to Papou, I kissed his cheek as well as my titos. Bumaling ako kay Mr. Rafello.

"Good Afternoon, Sir," ani ko.

"Good afternoon, Gaia," he greeted back.

Naupo ako sa tapat ni Tito Artaeus, Dad sat in the middle, on his left are Tito Artaeus and Tito Apollo, nandito kami ni Mr. Rafello sa left and on the other side of the table, Papou sat in the middle at nasa kanan naman niya si Mommy.
