Tanjiro was asleep for quite a while actually. It wasn't for a couple hours. Instead it was a whole 3 days.
The next time Tanjiro woke up, he was in some weird looking cell.
"W-w-what? Where am I now?" Tanjiro was looking all over the cell as he tried moving but no avail. His hands were tied up with rope and he could not escape whatsoever.
"Your in a cell, tanjiro-san." That sounded like michikatsu's voice. Tanjiro turned to look at the kid who was outside the cell looking all beat up.
"OH MY GOD! ARE YOU OKAY??" Tanjiro literally panicked as he saw the beat up michikatsu in front of him. "Its nothing really... just... consequences for bringing you in I guess... but please don't worry about me! Worry about yourself since I...did a lot to keep you alive..." Michikatsu just frowned as he remembered what had happen right after tanjiro passed out again.
Flashback..
Michikatsu sighs as he plays around with tanjiro's earrings. He was currently figuring out how he can tell his parents aboutthis whole situation. He then went ahead and traced the mark on tanjiro's forehead as it really did look like his brother's, yoriichi. Who was literally right behind him.
This yoriichi kid went ahead and pointed towards the door with 0 expression. Michikatsu just looks at him for a secondbeforeturningbackaround and getting slapped in the face. His eyes widened in shock as he knew something like this would happen. But not so suddenly.
He holds onto his now red cheek as he stares at his father whom he thought was going to be gone for a while. Turns out he came pretty early. He saw his father slowly reach out yo grab onto tanjiro's collar.
"And who might this be?" His father said in a cold upset tone. He might look calm, but really he isn't.
Trigger warning.
"I SAID WHO THE FUCK IS THIS?" He slapped michikatsu once more and kicked him in the stomach. "WHEN DID I EVER ACCEPT STRANGERS IN THIS HOUSEHOLD?" Michikatsu just stayed silent as he held onto his stomach and his brother is just watching the whole situation with no emotion and care.
"If your not going to answer... I'll kill this kid right now." His father went ahead and pointed a knife to tanjiro's neck literally threatening his son.
