It was now a pretty calm morning. The three boys were already up still in yoriichi's room playing with some sticks that they pretended were swords. Right now, it was yoriichi and michikatsu going against eachother. We all know who won that. Yoriichi of course won. But it was a fair and simple game. No one got hurt so tanjiro had all that worry and panic in him for nothing.

Michikatsu was still sitting in the floor looking at the ground upset about the fact that his own younger twin brother can beat him within a second and it was clear the fact how yoriichi wasn't a type to like fighting or playing with swords, sticks, whatever. But it definitely pissed off michikatsu. He would never get stronger than him. Never. He's way more talented than a normal 7 year old. Maybe if michikatsu trained harder or had tanjiro train him that same thing he did yesterday with yoriichi. What did tanjiro say it was again? Oh..

Sun breathing.

He could do that too, right? If his brother and tanjiro can... could he?

"Tanjiro can you teach me that weird dance thing you do?" Michikatsu had finally gained the confidence to tell tanjiro that he wanted to learn the sun breathing tanjiro does.

"Oh, you want to learn as well?" Tanjiro said as he calmly picked up his black blade. "Yeah.." Michikatsu said picking up a wooden sword slowly waiting to see what will tanjiro say. "I mean sure i guess but I will warn you, it's a hard style to learn. So I'll only teach the basics!" Tanjiro responded nicely.

Coming in to join whatever the two were up to was yoriichi. He had zoned out completely while him and his brother were playing with the sticks. He still held the stick with him for some reason. Probably because he didn't see tanjiro or his brother anywhere so he wanted to look for them. Turns out they ended up in the back of their house.

Yoriichi has pretty good senses despite being young so locating them was lightwork to him. Seems like tanjiro is going to teach his brother the same thing he learned yesterday. That's nice...

But he wanted to spend time with tanjiro too... well maybe next tim-

"Oh yoriichi!" Tanjiro said as he ran up to the smaller kid. "Did you zone out again? I had noticed that you never followed behind us when we came here." It was clear that tanjiro was a bit worried. Yoriichi tends to do that often for a reason that tanjiro can't figure out on his own.

"I'm fine." Yoriichi responded a little bluntly but in a way that tanjiro can tell that he's fine for now. "Your sure?" Tanjiro tilted his head to a side staring at the maroon eyes of the kid. Yoriichi just nodded and walked towards a log sitting on it. At least he was able to get some attention from tanjiro. He just decided to stay there for now watching them train.

"HOW ARE YOU SO STRONGG?!?" Michikatsu yelled out pouting as he crossed his arms pretending to be mature but clearly he wasn't. "Ahah... I guess it take practice!" Tanjiro said wiping the sweat off his forehead. He was definitely at it today. Recently, tanjiro had been feeling a bit different like now being a sword trainer to both the twins and having to take care of them now. Normally it's tanjiro being trained like the lower rank he really is. Now he knows how its kind of like training others. It feels very different indeed. But tanjiro doesn't mind.

"Tanjiro strong.." Yoriichi mumbled while poking the stick that he still somehow had in the ground. "First time I hear you talk today." Michikatsu said sitting up looking at yoriichi from the side. "Ok." And yoriichi just stood up walking off.

...

Both michikatsu and tanjiro deadpanned. "Ok." They both said at the same time.

...

Well, 2 months have now passed in that era while in tanjiro's era, it's been only 2 days that he's been missing. Weird...

But anyways nothing to bad has happened both eras... for now.

"You know michikatsu... you don't really have to learn my exact breathing technique. You can always create your own! Though it'll take some time but I can help you!" Tanjiro said as he was once again training the twins and it seemed like michikatsu made no progress.

"How exactly would I create my own if I'm no where near your level." Michikatsu sighed close to giving up at any point.

"You don't have to be in my level to learn you know! It took me like 2 years just to master a simple technique in my era but we don't mention that." Tanjiro tried being compassionate but clearly nothing worked.

"That sounds incredible. I really don't care."

"Great! So let me show you now."

I would like to deeply apologize for the short ass chapter. I've had testing this whole week and I have another one tomorrow. Been stressing fr 😔🤞🏼 but once I'm done with testing I promise I'll be consistent. Again I'm sorry. Next chapter is going to be much better. I'm out for now peace ✌🏼
