"Something you'd like to say for yourself and i?"

Uta tsugikuni. Or just... uta. Formally known as yoriichi tsugikuni's belated wife. Status? Dead.

When its one's time to pass, anyone would believe that they'll end up in a peaceful, tranquil place where they will no longer be disturbed by the evil of the world or anyone whether they're a loved one or not.

Unfortunately in uta's case, she didn't have that chance to do so.

If the events hadn't occurred, maybe in her original time line, she would've passed on, though perhaps waiting for her beloved to join her eventually.

Life is like a book. Some are short, some are misleaded, some are long, some even never ending but in that case you're most likely a demon, and some books are just never finished.

Books are ravished at the end of the day. Words after words, sentences after sentences, paragraphs that eventually turn into longer chapters that one would may think, how was that possible? How can the author have that much time and patience to finish writing the creation they made? Was it bursts of motivation? Inspired by a novel? Or could it have been the readers...

But how is uta's lifeline related to a book? Simple, she wasn't finished yet. Kind of like getting discontinued till eventually realizing that she had a part in this. And a very big one indeed.

If there's anyone, dead or alive, who can solve tanjiro's case, it'd be her.

Ironic huh?

An indigent but an altruistic woman. One woman like her was enough to even bring the stoic, nonchalant yoriichi back into life, even if it didn't last that long till she "passed."

And now, all she just needed to do was complete some unfinished work.

"That was an indeed a pleasant experience!"

Those were the first couple of words that escaped her lips after a rather "fun" travel back in time.

She looked too calm. Too calm for anyone's liking. As if she were playing a game.
