"Ok that was that," I says, tying up any lose ends, "Anyways, what the hell where you five so entertained about up there, I heard snickers."
"Well," Tessa stops biting her lip, I can see teeth marks in her skin, "you see,"
"Today please." Ze crosses his arms and rolls his eyes.
"Not listening through the floor boards for sex noises that's what we where doing." Lily responds. My god why are all of my friends such horrible liars? All of them! It's always been easy for me to tell if Lily's lying, she usually smiles with her mouth mouth closed, when she's lying, she shows her teeth. Plus she repeats part of the question in her answer.
"Lily you're smiling with your teeth," I say bluntly, "you're lying."
"God dammit Anthony!" She shouts, fold her arms. "How are you so good at this?"
I shrug, "Just comes naturally I guess."
"Comes naturally my ass," Gavin snorts, "That's not a 'comes naturally' sorta thing."
"Well I don't know!" I exclaim.
"You guys know this is a pointless argument to start right?" Tessa says in her usual tone, mostly sarcasm with a hint of sass.
"She's right." Gavin says, practically stating the obvious.
"Aren't I always?" Tessa smirks.
"Ok turn the cockiness down about five notches." I tell her. Why do I even try? Telling Tessa to stop being cocky is like telling a brick wall to move. She just ignores me like she always does when someone tells her to do something like this.
"Oh! Oh! I have an idea!" Lily motions everyone create a kind of lopsided circle "Never have I ever, seven fingers, I'll start, we all know how to play right?" Everyone looks at each other and simultaneously nods. "Ok, never have I ever been to Japan."
I put one finger down and so does Lily. Her dad was going on a business trip and took Lily and I with him, and I vividly remember how she pushed me into the pond at the Japanese garden.
"Uh," Jared thinks for a moment before he says anything, "never have I ever spray painted someone else's locker." As expected, he's the only one who's done so.
"Yeah, thanks douchebag." I scoff. Yes, it was my locker he used spray paint on. I got to the point where I had to keep a bottle of Clorox in my locker
"What'd kinda stuff would you do?" Ze raises an eyebrow.
"Worthless, gay boy, faggot, stuff like that." I cut in. Completely ignoring Jared signaling me to quit it.
Ze gives him a look of disgust and sighs, "I would tell you to go hell but I never wanna see you again." Everyone, not including Jared, starting laughing hysterically. Jared just sat there looking at us like we where aliens and showed no emotion what so ever.
"Can the next person just go?" He groans, rolling his eyes.
"Ok, ok, give me a second to think." Ana says, "Oh, never have I ever broken a glass with only my voice." Exactly the two people I expected, Ana and Lily.
Ana glances in Lily's direction, "Accidentally or on purpose?" She asks.
"Purpose," Lily responds, "Anthony and I made a bet that if I did, he owes twenty bucks, if I couldn't, I owe him, and, well, I did."
"Same, scared the shit outta Ze." She smirks.
"He screamed like a girl too," Gavin snickers. "I would know, I was there."
"It wasn't funny!" Ze exclaims, punching Ana in the shoulder. "You caused me to sprain my wrist when I fell on the ground and landed on it!"
"Oh, stop being such a sour puss!" Ana groans, "We were like, twelve, and go it's your turn."
