Kyoko's POV-
Aoi and I entered Hiroshi's house. No wonder, he was a rich boy. At the doorstep, he was waiting for us himself. As he saw us he waved at us. When he looked at Aoi, his face glowed and his smile brightened. He approached us.
"Hey there, Ballerinas. Uhm... you both look gorgeous." Hiroshi said as his eyes were locked with Aoi. I could feel that something good was going to happen tonight. I smiled.
"Uhm... You both talk. I am going forward." Without taking a reply from them, I waved at them and made my way inside.
It was of course a new place for me. I didn't know where to go. Fortunately, I noticed Fumiko and Taiga waving at me. I rushed towards them.
"Hey, sweetie! You look like a goddess. No joking!" Fumiko said.
"Thanks. You both look like the best couples of this year." I said with a wink.
"Thanks, I guess, Haha..." Taiga said with a blush and an embarrassed voice.
We all laughed together.
"Who is your dance date?" Taiga asked me.
"We are dancing together. Who is your partner?" Fumiko linked arms with Taiga and asked me.
I was speechless. I didn't have one and that was the truth.
What to do now?
I quickly remembered the moment I took Ian's name when Aoi asked the same question. I had no choice. But I couldn't spell Kanzaki's name at all.
"It's... Ian. Ian King." I said as I looked at the ground.
"You are dancing with Ian?" Fumiko looked surprised.
"Who is Ian?" Taiga asked both of us. He was totally confused.
"I am Ian." A voice said from behind. We all looked back.
I was very surprised to face him all of a sudden. Ian looked very handsome in his white tuxedo. He was looking into my eyes. I shut my eyes tightly feeling guilty. I was sure that he heard our conversation. I opened my eyes and made a pleading face moving my eyes to make sure Fumiko and Taiga couldn't see me. He seemed to understand. He smiled back. Then, all of a sudden, he grabbed me by my waist and looked into my eyes. Then he looked again at them.
"Yes, we are dancing together. Kyoko, let's go and grab some juice." He said and nodded his head as an apology and excuse to Fumiko and Taiga and we both went to the juice stall.
"You want some?" He asked gently.
"No." I said, "Thanks, Ian."
He looked at me.
"I am sorry. I had to tell your name. You know, I didn't get anyone's name in my mind that time." I apologized.
"No problem. Glad to help you out." He said.
"May I ask you something, if you don't mind?" I said with an expressionless face.
"Why do your classmates get surprised if they get to know your name involved in any incident?" I asked. I remembered last time, Aoi and then, Fumiko to get surprised as I spelled his name.
