I have felt nothing more powerful than the pounding that is emerging from my chest.

Boom, ba-boom, boom, ba-boom

My eyes shoot open but my eyes stay stationary.

My eyes are straight focused on the glove compartment. In an awkward position where my keens were next to my chin and my sides were on the chair. But surprisingly, very comfortable.

"Hello. Yeah, she totally flipped and passed out. What am I suppose to do?!" Justin frantically speaks through the phone.

"Who are you talking to?" A weak and horse question emerges from my mouth like nails. My throat hurting like salt in the wound.

"Oh my God!" Justin boasts, whipping his head towards me. Dropping his phone in the process.

"What's wrong?! What happened?! What was that?! Do I need to go to the hospital?!"

My body not moving a bit.

"NONI!" He shouts, attempting to pick up his shine iPhone six off of the ground.

"Just take me to my hotel room. I have medicine." I break. My voice so quiet and fragile. Like a infant.

"She says she has medicine!" He shouts into the phone.

"Who is that?" I say, softly, not knowing of register at the moment.

"Jack." He puts the phone on speaker.

"James!" James corrects sternly.

"Sorry." Justin shrugs of unimportantance.

"What's going on Noni?!" James questions, "Nothing." My voice cracks. "Hello?!" James shouts, not hearing my weak response. "She said nothing." Justin speaks for me. "What hotel?!" He freaks out, "The Peninsula." James answers quickly, "What's wrong?! And don't say nothing, because it's obviously something." He states. Justin turns and sets the phone on my shoulder, I was leaning in a way against the door so that I wasn't going to slide anywhere, it was right up against my ear.

"Why do you care?" I take a deep breath trying to get the sentence out with it being half way audible. "Look, I'm fucking trying to be a half way decent lad and your resilience isn't helping anything at all by the way." He cocks. "I am trying to save myself the headache." I close my eyes; shielding my eyes being grilled by the sun, trying to prevent another cause of a headache besides James.

"Noni, stop being so difficult, I care about you Please just tell me wha-"

"You don't give a fuck about me. The only reason you're calling me is because I'm with the biggest thing music has to offer since Whitney." I retaliate, referring to Justin.

"That's not it. Not at all." He gasps, fake ass bitch.

"Hang up Please." I say, looking up at Justin. He hesitantly grabs the phone then chicks the little red button. Ending the call.

"What did he do to you that was so bad?" He asks hitting a sharp turn, almost missing the turn.

"A lot." I answer simply."
