"Come on Glitchys...Anything..." Mario says quietly "Please..."
At that moment, the Core fell to his knees, holding his head
"Glitchys!" Mario gasped
"4!" Smg3 and Neg3 say in relief
"Guardians! Commence First Reversal!" Smg1 says quickly and the four of them swiped accross their gauntlets. The brought the shield down and held their hands out "Fire Now!"
Blue beams were emitted from the gauntlets and were fired at the Core who cried out at the hit
"Yeah!" Meggy and Saiko cheer
"Bullseye!" Luigi claps
"Come on 4...Come back to us..." Neg3 says quietly
One of the 4's bubbles began to shake before finally popping and 4 fell onto the roof
"4!" Neg3 smiles, after the four gauntlets stopped, he ran over to him, helping 4 sit up "4! Thank goodness are you okay!? Are you hurt!?"
"N-No... I'm okay" 4 rubbed the side of his head
"I...-" He saw Neg3's arm and looked up at him "Neg3?"
"Smg4!?"
"W-WAIT!" They both say in a panic
"Neg! What's happening!?" Smg2 questions
"W-We pulled the wrong one!"
"What!?" Everyone questioned
"Wha... What do you mean we pulled the wrong one!?" Smg3 questions
Everyone gasped as wind started to pick up, Looking up, Smg3 saw the Core holding its head again and screaming out as it started to float up
"That means Neg4 is still in there!" Melony says
"This isn't going according to plan! This means Neg4 is going to take control of the Main Body!" Smg1 says
"Well would we rather have that Core have control or the Other 4!?" Saiko questions
"I'm with Saiko" Belle says "The plan failed? So what? The two 4s just switched places, let's just finish this and we'll worry about everything else later"
"Well Neg" Smg3 shrugs "Guess you're doing the talking"
Neg3 stood up "R-Right..."
"Everyone else, hold off any attacks the Core tries to throw at Neg3!" Smg2 adds
"Right!" "Got it!" "Let's do this!" Everyone nods
Smg4 stood up, placing a hand on Neg3's shoulder "You've got this man, And so does your 4...You'll get us out of this, I promise"
"GLITCHY!" Mario ran to Smg4 crying
Smg4 gasped, tearing up as he ran to Mario "MARIO!" They both hugged each other "I was so worried! Are you okay?"
"Forget about me you idiot! The question is are you okay!?" Mario looked up at him "You had Mario afraid this whole time!"
Smg4 simply smiled at his response "I'm okay... I'm here, aren't I buddy?" He hugged him tighter "I'm sorry scaring you..."
Neg3 looked at the two and smiled. Though he never admitted it, he always loved the connection 4 and Mario had, it always made 4 so happy...Neg3 snapped out of his thoughts then nodded "Right! We'll stop this!" He stood in front of the Core but a good distance away from it so he wouldn't easily be hit "FOUR!" Neg3 called out "If you can hear me, please listen to me! I'm going to help you out of this!"
