[Open on Eda's Human Collectibles stand. She is dusting the table, looking bored, while Luz is reading the first Azura book to King. David is also sitting next to them reading a book called The Beast Within (1959) by George Huntley with Kenau laying on the ground napping. Cut to the pages of the book, showing Azura facing off against Hecate.]
Luz: Emboldened by the dishonor Hecate had shown, Azura lifted her staff to the cotton-candy skies and shouted, "I challenge you to a Witch's Duel!" And look! I drew a flip book. [Flips between two pages.] Pew, pew, pew!
King: Show me the picture. [Peeking over the top of the book.]
David: You mean the drawings?
King: Yeah that!
Luz: What?
King: Show me the picture! [Luz does.] Hah! I can draw better than that. You know, they once called me the King of Artists.
David: King of Artists? I thought you were the King of Demons.
Luz: Yeah King. Are you just making this up now?
King: Doesn't matter. What's important is that my followers would leave me offerings in fear of me!
David: Pfft yeah right King. I'm pretty sure everyone will have to stop you from whining like a baby.
King: Don't mock me, wolf boy!
David: What? [King pounces on his head.] Gah! King let go of me! Stop pulling my hair you crazy demon child!
King: [Struggling] Then take back what you said!
David: Alright alright! Fine, I'll take back what I said before, just stop trying.
King: Good. [Let go of David's hair and land on the ground.] That'll make sure you won't teased the demon king.
David: [Rubbing his head.] Sure whatever.
Luz: Okay, now that you two stop fighting, I can offer you more of this tantalizing book.
David: Fine by me.
King: Me too.
Eda: Ugh! Please stop reading that. Its flowery language is an insult to witches and driving away all of our serious customers!
Luz: Um, Eda? [Zoom out to the empty street.]
David: What customers? Nobody's here in the street today.
Luz: And there aren't even any other stands around. What's going on?
Eda: This is a bad omen. There must be something horrible happening today.
Gus: Luz! Dave! [Him and Willow run up to the stand.] Something amazing is happening today!
Luz: Gus, Willow! Hey!
David: What's up guys!
Willow: [Holds up a flier.] It's the annual covention! Student witches get to see all the types of covens before they're placed in one. There's even a mystery guest this year!
David: An annual convention for witches? That's sounds interesting!
Luz: A job fair for witches! Eda, can we go?
David: I hope they had the covens about wolves right Keanu? [Keanu woke up and walk towards him with a bark. David pat his head as he panted happily.] So yeah Eda, can we go there?
Eda: Absolutely not.
[Both David and Luz groans. Then Luz drops to the ground as David rolled his eyes and pick her up.]
