THIS IS THE OPINIONS FOR THE PRESENT CAST! SOME PERSONALITIES MIGHT BE DIFFERENT! SOME ARE THE SAME! JUST READ THEM ALL THOROUGHLY AND KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR ANY CHANGES.
The stuff in brackets next to the names is where the characters currently are in the present as to make their relationships make more sense. Also if it is (Ravka, Little Palace) the characters might end up being at the fold crossing (but still in Ravka and apart of the second army), I haven't decided yet.

LYSA (Ravka, Little Palace) -
Lysa is an energetic and passionate person, she is dedicated and determined and tends to forget that consequences exist. She is something wild and uncontrollable unlike her past life's hardened self. She can be impulsive and make last minute decisions but she's charismatic enough so she gets away with it. People don't tend to pay attention to her -after all she is apart of the most looked down upon Grisha, Fabrikators- she uses it to her advantage, with her being able to slip in and out of the Little Palace unnoticed. Lysa is cunning and smart yet the people around her don't expect it, they think she's just loud and annoying. She uses people's perception of her to her advantage, she outsmarts them and it brings her so much joy to see the realisation on peoples faces when they figure out they have been played for a fool. She's not cruel, never cruel but it is almost a game to her. Almost, she isn't that mad. Lysa is what Alaria could have been, if she had let herself let go of worries and doubts.

TRISTAN (Ketterdam, Crows) -
Tristan is a joker. Yet deadly loyal. He is loyal to the crows and his friends and just anyone he cares about. It was something he seemingly was born with. He is a brave person who isn't afraid to put his life on the line for that he believes in and those he cares for but there is something dark to Tristan, the parts of him that Ketterdam hardened. He is a healer, it is what he was trained to do by his family, it is what he is good at but there is something almost kind in the way he kills. As if he is trying to make it as painless as possible. Tristan is a very sarcastic guy and loves to annoy the "cold" type of people. He knows he's a nuisance but they love him, he can tell. He is a dedicated friend, a loyal gang member, a kind healer and a swift killer.

DAIA (Ravka, Little Palace)-
Daia is someone who wants to be recognised as the best without having special exceptions. That's one of the reasons why people don't know she's a sun summoner. That and the fact that she is scared to become a pawn and a saint. She is so afraid to be used by those around her for what she is. She wonders why whatever higher power cursed her with her Grisha abilities. But no matter how afraid she is she won't turn her back on her people, the Grisha. No they are her duty and she doesn't need to be the sun summoner to help them. Daia pretends to be an inferni -it is easy enough- and fights on the front lines. She is a bit stoic though and can be a hard nut to crack. She isn't arrogant and arrogant people annoy her to no end.
