Judith ran, more like hastened her pace, she made her best to rush back to the motel without turning any heads, she shouldn't have left her car there, not with everything she needs is in there, she thought.

"Goddamn it." She cursed under her breath, even if she was wrong and it was nothing last night, she didn't want to take any risks not now, when she was almost done with this job.

Judith's past experiences taught her to rely on her instincts and emotions, even if she wasn't fully prepared. She recognized and learned the necessity to take action and do what was required, even if it was initially jarring. Adapting to this mindset took time but it paid off eventually, her hands no longer shake like they used to.

Her heart still does though.

She made it there in less than 10 minutes, she walked her way to her car to check if it has been broken into or if something was off.
"Oh thank god..." she sighed in relief- she panicked all for nothing, she thought. Sitting inside her car, Nothing seemed off too, however, she still remembers what happened in Omaha 3 years ago.

She was still new to this...job. It asked- required her to do a task there, and although she was still new to the whole thing, that task wasn't that hard at all, in fact, she still remembers how smooth it went.

He was another charity officer; she did a lot of those, just like Will Mitchell- he fell a target to It. So she got the job done, the problem is what came afterward, a witness.

More like a blackmailer.

Judith can still remember his face, how can she forget? After all, he almost caused her a lot more than she can afford. She remembers who he was- just another addict. If you ask her, he should've been her task but of course not, since his type of people is It's favorites.

He had to go, that was the only option. After the blackmailing? He had to go for sure. So she made him go away.

At least that's what she thought at first.
Sloppy? Yes, she was sloppy.
Not her fault thought she was just starting with this job.

And so her sloppy job came back to bite her in the ass.

Judith unlocked her car and pushed the suitcase she had in the backseat, taking too long to get in had coasted her.
The next thing she knows she felt something metal pressing against her lower right side.
"Ha- what the"
"Shh!! SHH!- get in bitch- get.the.fuck.in. Now!" The man didn't wait for her to react or get in, instead, he pushed into her own car and into the passenger seat, with a knife pressed into her.
"W-what the fuck- WHAT THE FUCK!- I- I-"Judith couldn't find the right words to express her thoughts, the only thing she had in mind is How? She thought he was gone- he is supposed to be gone.
"You, you, YOU What?! Huh?! Thought you got rid of me bitch?! Think again- oh you're so gonna FUCKING PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID- for this!!!-" The clearly angry man with a knife, lifted his shirt revealing a bullet wound that had been badly patched up.
Judith's eyes kept switching between the wound, the man, and the knife.

Shit, she thought.

Well, it's been half an hour, of driving and having to deal with the curses thrown at her, and that one punch he gave her in the shoulder started to hurt bad.

"Oh you just fucking wait- see those woods over there?! That's your end bitch. DONE- you're DONE!! You thought you can get rid of me huh?!- you know what?! I even gave you a chance but no- bitches like you DON'T DESERVE ANY CHANCES!!- that's right just fucking wait."

To the woods he was driving, and Judith had to think quick- she can start kicking and punching but she really does not need any more bruises or worst, knife marks.
Maybe she can snatch the knife away? No, she glanced at it and his grip is too tight around it, he is a man twice his size and can't overtake him.
