The four sat in a teashop as Atsushi gobbled down the food served to him. Bowls started piling up beside Atshushi, while he continued to feed from the 30th bowl.

"Hey Dazai, Hurry up and get back to work." Kunikida lectured Dazai, who was watching Atsushi.

"What kind of idiot would suddenly go 'what a nice river' and dive right in in the middle of work?" Kunikida scolded. "See what you've done? We're way behind schedule, thanks to you." Kunikida took out a notebook and opened it.

"Kunikida-kun sure loves his notebook a lot." Dazai grinned.

"This is not a notebook! It's my aspiration! The compass of my life! And..." Kunikida tapped on the cover of the book glaring at Dazai. "There's no 'having a suicidal freak as my colleague' in here."

'Could these two be anymore draining?' Praisy stared at the two unimpressed, sitting beside Atshushi.

"Nunmuyeomung gumugu?" Atsushi asked with his mouth full of rice.

"Shut up!" Kunikida scoffed, pushing his glasses up. "There's no 'treating some brat to Chazuke by my own money' on the pages of my planned expenses either. I'm only doing this because Praisy asked me to."

Atsushi nodded and asked again. "Numnungu?"

"Like I said, it's work!" Kunikida banged on the table, irritated. "Dazai, Praisy and I are trying to drive out a wild beast under the request of the military police!"

"How are you two communicating exactly?" Dazai stared at the duo with a dumb face.

"Ahh I'm full..." Atsushi moaned rubbing his belly. "I can go without Chazuke for the next decade."

"You brat!" A vein popped up on Kunikida's forehead.

Praisy who was very discreetly watching Atsushi, narrowed her eyes as they slightly glowed. She stood up gaining the trios attention.

"Praisy, is something the matter?" Kunikida asked concerned.

"I just remembered something I need to do. Don't worry, it won't take long. I'll be back within five minutes. Until then, why don't you guys talk about weather or something?" Praisy smiled, but her eyes were focused on Dazai.

Without waiting another moment, Praisy walked out of the teashop towards the semi-transparent man who was waiting for her.

"Odasaku." Praisy called. "Did you find anything?"

"Yes Praisy." Odasaku got straight to point, knowing there's no time for chitchat. "I got help from my other... ghost friends who witnessed everything happened. They reported saying that Nakajima Atsushi transformed into a white tiger during the full moon days. You suddenly called for me in the evening, so I could only check on the places you mentioned where the attacks took place. The orphanage, the field and warehouse near the orphanage, the Tsurumi river. It turned out Atsushi was kicked out the orphanage after his first attack. The man eaten by the tiger confirmed Atsushi transformed into a tiger too."

"So my assumptions were correct. It doesn't seem like he's aware of the things he has done. It's likely that he isn't aware of his gifted ability either." Praisy tapped her chin. "If I kill him, I can make good use of his abilities. If I let him live, he will cause more chaos."

Odasaku frowned hearing the solution Praisy put forward. But surprising him, Praisy asked the next question.

"What do you think I should do, Odasaku?"

"Save him." Without thinking twice, Odasaku answered.

"That sounds like something you would propose." Praisy laughed and turned around. "Alright, as a reward for your hard work, I'll find a way to save him."
