42: Duet to Solo Act

The group that wasn't busy got together that weekend with their new friends, Viper, Isaac along with Kazu, Niki, Raine, Sami, Scythe, Eli and Fifi. They all met up and Niki's house, her best friend Jarell was there, and he sat in front of Kazu, and he taught her what he recently learned on guitar. Niki and Scythe were nowhere to be found with the rest of the group sitting in her man cave since her parents wouldn't be home that night. Fifi, and Viper vibed along to the music while Eli and Isaac played Mortal Combat on Niki's Ps5.

Niki had walked down the stairs, Scythe not with her. Fifi looked up and asked where he went, Niki said without much emotion, "He went home." Fifi and Kazu looked at each other, the at Niki and knew something was up so she pulled her to the side to ask about it, it had only been about a month of Niki and Scythe being together, but they had seemingly broken up. It was a mutual agreement, Scythe is somewhat of a plain jane and Niki is a free spirit, they weren't the most compatible couple.

They all continued as though nothing happened, she wasn't really phased so they left it alone. A few hours passed and the group had found themselves leaving, Niki and Kazu stayed after to clean up before Niki's parents got home. Dom had sent Kazu a message asking to meet up to talk about something, she agreed, and they'd meet up tomorrow at the usual group hangout.

Around about 4 the next day, Kazu had met up with Dom as planned, Dom walked in and sat down by Kazu, Kazu confused asked him what he wanted to talk about. Dom replied with, "I don't think I want to do this anymore; this friendship is so one-sided it's insane. I'm always helping you, and it's to the point I don't even like talking to you, all you do is get jealous over other girls I talk too, and then you complain about your ex all the time, when it's been month, you're delusional, you shit talk all of your friends you're so fake, you've talked about literally everyone and especially Niki and Fifi yet they're you best friends? You sent nudes to guy just because you were desperate for attention, Sorry I'm just done with shit I got school and my own life to worry about now, I'm not trying to be in this depressive anxiety filled world of yours."
Kazu stunned for a second then replied with, "You never even took the time to hear it, so how was I hard to deal with? Because when I asked if u wanted the explanation behind the things you told me that night you said you didn't care just to fix it, so I did, I was happy for u with your new girlfriend and I was trying to get over Marco, I did that because you said that's what u wanted me to change, so I tried. You said you were going to step away and I respected but saying all this as though you've just been dealing with me is crazy, but that's fine" That being Kazu had got up and left
