The Pogues went back to Kie, and talked for hours more. She didn't talk about her problems. She'll tell them when she's ready. Kie had to stay another night in the hospital just to be safe. They gave Kie food. Then, after a few hours, she finally ate a sandwich. But the rest was left over. The Pogues were not allowed to stay the night so they went home.
As the Pogues walked through the hallways they heard someone calling out to them. It was Dr. Wilson.
"Hey guys, maybe Miss Carrera should stay here after all."
"What, but you said she could come home with us tomorrow" said Jj
"Yes but seeing how much effort it took to eat a sandwich, maybe it's best that she stays here"
"That's just because she doesn't feel at home here we are her friends, we are really going to succeed. Please give us a chance" begged John b.
"Okay fine"
The chateau.
"How the fuck did we not realize that." Said Jj
"We were so stupid" Said Sarah.
"How the fuck did that even happen" said John B.
"What was the reason?" Asked Pope.
"Did you guys ever say anything to her about her body?" Asked Jj
"I didn't"
"Nope"
"No"
"Come on dude do you think we would say that she is our best friend" said John B.
"I know I'm sorry, I just can't believe it"
"We're going to help her, together" said Cleo.
The Pogues nodded.
The next day.
The pogues went to htet hospital early the next day. They decided to skip school for kie. When they arrived, Kie was not yet awake. So waited by her bedside until she woke up.
And then she opened her eyes. All eyes directly on her.
"Well, good morning sleeping beauty" said Jj
"So can I get out of here today?" asked Kie
The pogues nodded.
"Finally, the food here is horrible"
The pogues looked at eachoter.
"Uh kie?" Jj said.
"Yeah"
"You have to promise us that you will eat when we're home. Otherwise, you have to stay in the hospital."
Kie swallowed.
"Uhm, yeah, yeah sure" she said.
"Good"
"So can we go now?"
"Yep let's go" said John b
The pogues headed back to the chateau.
"So kie what do you want to eat?" asked Sarah.
"Nothing" she responded.
"Okay than I'll make pizza" said Sarah.
Kie remembered the last time she ate pizza with the pogues, her upset mother and her mother's fingers in her throat.
