Kim was furious. He could not believe that Chay wanted to move into the dorm early. He was making slow progress getting Chay to accept him again. He was hoping to be able to give Chay his surprise gift for his dorm before he left. Oh well, just gives him an excuse to go see him at his dorm. Of course, Kim had his own keyboard and could come and go from there as he wanted but like the others, he would recognize the privacy of the boys. He arrived at the door to the room he wanted to enter.
"Afternoon Namphueng. I brought you some cookies. They were just made and are nice and warm. Chay is moving into the dorm today so the cook made these for him and Macau to snack on, but I thought you would like some as well. I will just put them over here on your desk. I will also be going through your sketches to find one to frame for Chay to put on the wall of his room. I have Pa's permission to take one."
Kim carefully goes through the big sketch pad on the easel for the picture that Chay asked for. He notices that each picture is dated in the right corner, so he focuses on the date. He comes to a sketch of a Phoenix and Blue Morpho Butterfly. Something draws him to this sketch, and he looks at the date and notices that it is Chay's birthrate and not the next date in order. He then checks the sketch under it and finds the date to be a day after the previous one. It is as he thought. Chay's mom knows what is going on. He carefully removes the sketch from the book and proceeds to the door. He looks back and tells Namphueng that he will be back later to get the plate and show her this in a nice frame.
Namphueng's POV
I knew that Korn was out of the country. He told me to behave while he was gone. So, I was shocked when Kim came in. I just kept quiet, really not knowing what he wanted. The cookies did smell good, but I was not going to move until he left. I know Korn has cameras in this room to keep tabs on me and I believe that Kim knows this as well. I am proud to see the boy that tried to help me in the past was all right. I remember after Korn beat him nearly to death, begging Chan to take him out of the room Korn left us in, to the hospital. I never knew if he survived or not until I saw him come with Chay several weeks ago. I was happy to see that he chose the sketch that Chay asked for. Well almost what he asked for. I am not sure why, but I wanted to include the phoenix in this sketch. I think it is because Chay has a soft heart and needs the protection given by the Phoenix. I waited an entire week after that visit to sketch that picture. I was afraid to arouse suspicions from Korn. It has been a bit since Kim left. I go over to my desk and pick up a cookie. Then I noticed that they are on a doily and there is a note on the doily from Kim.
"Namphueng, I know you noticed my ring. I also know you are of sound mind. Do not fret, I am working with Evan to bring Korn down. Also, I will protect Chay."
I want to cry, but I do not dare too. I just keep eating the cookies like there was not a note. Though I am curious why he placed the plate in this particular spot and then I realized, he knows where all the cameras are. This kid always was bright. I am glad that Chay has him watching over him. I have been more worried about Chay than Porsche. Porsche seems like he can handle anything, while Chay, well he is softhearted and trusts easily. I just hope that does not bring him pain. I quickly write on the doily in the guise of picking up another cookie a quick "Thank You". I do not dare write anything else as I really do not know what Korn can or cannot see. I left a couple of cookies on the plate to keep the message covered.
Kim is in his room carefully trimming the sketch to fit into the frame he has specially made for it. He secretly noticed the dates when he was in with Chay several weeks ago so he had a frame custom built that was just a bit smaller than the sketch so he could trim the date off in case his Pa every figured out the date thing. He gets it in the frame, hangs it up on his wall, and gives it a good look over to make sure it looks good. He loves it, the frame is perfect. He is curious though about the Phoenix and the Butterfly, could Namphueng have figured out their relationship? He pulls the frame off the wall and proceeds to take it so that Namphueng could see it.
He enters the room and shows Nampheung the sketch in the frame. He also tells her that if she would like to get frames to hang them in her room to let his Pa know and he would frame them for her. He walks over to her desk and picks up the plate with the cookies. He removes the cookies still on the plate and places them on a piece of paper on the desk. I will just take the plate back to cook so it can be washed. I left the cookies on your desk in case you want them later. He puts the plate under the frame and leaves the room.
Once back in his room he notices that there is a Thank You written on the doily. So, he now has Chay's mom's permission to protect him, though Chay belongs to him, so permission was not needed. He puts the doily in a bag with the trimmings from the sketch as well as the plastic and stuff that was around the frame and walks outside and finds Khun has a fire going again. He takes a picture and sends it to the family group chat, with the caption, Khun is trying to blow up the house again.

Kim: Khun, what are you doing?
Khun: I am burning anything related to Vegas to curse him.
Kim: Why?
Khun: He took my Pete away from me and corrupted him. My poor Pete, My poor Pete. Arm, Pol, go get me more stuff that belonged to Vegas.
Kim walks up to Khun with the bag in his hand, thinking my crazy brother is actually helping me out today. He drops the bag in the barrel and tells Khun, it was stuff Vegas gave me.
Khun: Oh Vegas, you bad bad boy, give me back my Pete.
Arm and Pol arrive with more stuff. Kim is pretty sure none of it belonged to Vegas, but these two bodyguards will go the distance for Khun. After all he is crazy. Kim watches the barrel to make sure the bag of stuff he put in burns completely. It looks like ash and Khun adds the stuff that Arm and Pol brought which makes the flames go higher. Kim decides it is a good time to leave before he blows up the barrel like he did when he thought Pete was dead. He pulls out his phone and notices that Top has responded to the picture that he is on his way. Kim shakes his head not knowing how Khun and Top can be in a relationship. Vegas responded with a laughing emoji. Kim quickly types back, hey Vegas, Khun is burning this stuff to curse you, something about corrupting Pete. This gets a laughing emoji sent from both Kinn and Porsche.
Kim walks out of the mansion and runs into Top. He tells Top, you might want to stop him before he uses gasoline again and blows a hole in the yard. Top takes off running and Kim walks to his vehicle shaking his head.
