COUGHING AND SPLUTTERING ALL OF THE WATER FROM THEIR LUNGS, the newly risen sun blared its heat onto the three. Amelia's body was right next to her brother's, lying on the bottom of the boat that had tipped over.

John B was the first to empty out his lungs and mouth, "Lia? Sarah?" he began before turning to his right to see his sister who suddenly began coughing water out.

Amelia wiped her hair away from her face as she noticed the blonde girl was on the other side of the boat, she slowly crawled her way over to the girl.

Sarah coughed and spluttered all the water onto Amelia, not that she didn't care in the slightest, they were alive and that's what matters. "John B! She's 'ere!"

Amelia yelled out to her brother. John B's eyes lit up at seeing Sarah was also alive, he made his way over to the two girls while continuously coughing out any remains of water, "Hold on, I'm coming!"

Everything was a blur to the three, they somehow survived a tropical depression while stranded in the sea on top of a tipped over boat. They all wrapped their arms around each other, John B cried into the embrace of the girls, "I'm so sorry- I am sorry for putting us in this situation."

Hushing him to calm down while soothingly stroking the back of his head, Amelia stared down at her crying brother while she hugged him even tighter, "It's okay, you don't have to be sorry," now this time she started silently crying, she convinced herself that the tears running down her face were water droplets

Sarah pulled away from the group hug before pointing out with her shaky hand, "Look! It's a boat!" they all looked at one another with smiles on their faces, a chance of actual survival.

Amelia attempted to sit on the sinking boat to rest her hurting legs but swore to herself as she made it sink even further, acting it off cool so she began yelling for the boat along with the other two.

Somehow the gold managed to survive in better condition than them, Sarah held it up in the air so that the sun could reflect its shine to get their attention.
