"Do you still love me, my love?"

Sighing, Y/n tiredly nodded at her husband's question for the tenth time of the day. "Verbally say it please.." The raven brit whined.

"I still love you, Vox." However it was still not enough for him. He was worried after saying he didn't like her cooking, she would hate him and think of him as a terrible and unsuitable husband.

Vox then got an idea and leaned his face close to hers. "Can you give me a kiss, please?" His question almost sounded like a desperate plea.

Y/n looked around the restaurant, unsure of the idea. "N-Now?" Her husband nods with a smile plastered on his face. She gave him a quick peck on the cheek, quickly parting to hide her disgusted face.

When Vox turned to her, Y/n quickly put on a smile. "Thank you, my wife."

Walking around the campus Y/n enrolled in with boredom, Vox was glad he managed to get away from a group of youngsters who was trying to get it on with him. It disgusted him so much when they smelled like cigarettes and talked loudly.

He almost vomited at the stench.

Now his current quest was to find his wife and after searching for her in almost every where, he came across the library. It was big, he's worried if he were to find her in there at all.

He scanned the area for a moment, even walking around the place in search for his wife until his eyes locked into the familiar shade of h/c.

Unfortunately, his wife wasn't alone. She was laughing, giggling quietly so she and the other person wouldn't get caught and scolded by the librarian. Vox then decided to walk over to the two.

"V-Vox?" Y/n said in surprise.

"I was looking for you." He blantly stated, taking a seat next to her, making his chair closer to hers.

Y/n's study partner extended his hand to greet the raven. "I'm Shu, I don't think we've met before." The yellow highlighted man greeted.

"Vox, Y/n's husband." The brit monotonously greeted back. He didn't even shook Shu's hand.

Awkwardly, Shu pulled his hand back and eyed Y/n. "You got married and didn't invite your best friend?" Y/n lowered her head in shame. "When did you both get married anyways?"

"Three days ago." Vox replied.

Y/n groaned in frustration and buried herself in the pile of books she had on the table.

"When did you meet? I've never heard her talking about you.."

After pondering for a moment, Vox replied again. "Three days ago."

Both of Shu's eyes widened in shock hearing they've just met and is already married. "You two must be in love for real.. Did you throw a big wedding? I wasn't invited," he frowned.

Vox had a realisation at Shu's statement then wondering back to his proposal to his wife.

He vividly remembers him asking her the three words:

Death or marriage?

He simply did not propose to her properly, he just forced her to choose.

"I'm sorry, did I say I met my beautiful wife three days ago? My utmost apologies, I've known her since middle school." Vox pulled his wife's chair much more closer to him.

"That's sweet, must be nice to marry someone you've been with for years." Shu complimented.

All Y/n could do exactly at that time was just to simply laugh nervously at his words.

"Are you mad at me?" Vox asked in worry.

"No I'm not, just want some space." Vox trembled. Not because of how cold the room currently is but because of her tone.

"Y/n, please don't hate me." Vox says, hugging her small frame. It was normal for him to have his face away from her head. He never liked physical touch in the first place but for her, he would make it an exception.

The small wife struggling to get out of his grasp, pushing and hitting him but to Vox, her small punches felt like a soft slap. Hell, Vox wasn't even holding her that tightly.

Giving up, Y/n just sat there like she was some alive teddy bear for people with anxiety and insane tendencies. "What other interests do you have, my love?" Although it seemed like an innocent question, Y/n braced herself and thought of it.

"Uh.. I like to play video games?"

"How long did you play it for before we got married?"

"Up to almost six hours or a whole day."

Vox parted from her, giving her a glare. "I don't like that, that's not good for your health."

"Yeah.." Y/n just never met his gaze. "Can I go to sleep now?"

Finally, Vox released his hold of the girl and nodded. "Of course but if you try to escape, you know what will happen."

"Yeah yeah, I won't.."

Vox sighed.

Y/n has always been the girl of his dreams. Before this, his life was a mess. At the mention of video games, he remembered he used to play it too but it made him feel more like shit.

After years of doing gaming, he cleaned himself and went to a convinent store to buy some instant foods. "Is that all, sir?" And that's where they met.

When Vox finally looked up to meet the cashier, he blushed. "Y-Yes." He managed to say. He caught a glance of her nametag, Y/n.

"Have a nice day, sir." That was the first time someone has been caring for him. No one has ever told him that, no one would even look at him in the eyes.

From that day Vox knew he had to get her. That exact day, Vox prepared himself for a big day.

"Death or marriage?"

"Please, please don't kill me-"

"Hurry up and choose then."

"Marriage! I choose marriage!" The answer brought Vox into joy. Taking a knife, he killed the other person tied to a chair, it was Y/n's boyfriend.

Vox came over to her, trying to untie her and when he successfully did so, Y/n cried. "You.. You killed him!"

"He wanted you gone." Y/n fell quiet, wanting the ravenette to finish speaking. "He paid me to kill you,"

"And you didn't.."

"I am so glad I took an interest in you." Vox placed a kiss on her forehead, ignoring his bloody clothes and her words. "You are my wife now, Y/n."
