"You, pretty girl," Morgan said as he waltzed into the office "look like death." Of course he was looking at you, since JJ and Emily were beside him, so he could only be looking at you. Your eyes widened and you clutched your chest dramatically, pretending to be offended.

"Using pretty girl and you look like death, in the same sentence is not very babygirl of you, Derek Morgan." You said, rising from your chair specifically to flick your fingers against his forehead and then sitting back down in your seat. This earned a chuckle from Emily. "I'm just saying. What have you been up to? Didn't we just get a couple of days off?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at you. He sat on top of your desk.

"I'm sorry- me and my girls" you said as you pointed at JJ and Emily, "plus Garcia- were out last night. And it was late."

"A girls night out?" Derek gasped, "and I wasn't invited?"

"Who wasn't invited?" Reid chimed in as he happily strolled into the room.

"Me, to the girls night out Y/L/N, JJ, Prentiss and Garcia had." Derek explained

"Oh yeah" Emily said "and the discussions we had! You missed out big time Derek." She patted his shoulder. Morgan gave you a confused look. "Don't I get to know the contents of these discussions?"

"You know 30 percent of women actually wouldn't talk about the same topics if a man was around." Reid commented

"Well obviously, and I just don't want to overwhelm you with what you can't handle." You said, standing up and running your finger across his back as you walked past him. The other girls followed you to the conference room.

"Good morning dear sunshines of mine" Garcia exclaimed as you, Emily and JJ strolled into the room. It was around 8:30 AM, "please find your seats quickly because we have quite the case on our hands."

You sat down between Morgan and Rossi and grabbed the iPad and the case file in front of you. "Where's Hotch?" Emily asked. You looked up and noticed that even though Garcia had started explaining the case already, that Aaron wasn't in the conference room.

"He took a couple of personal hours, Jack has been feeling sick for a couple of days. Haley's sister is getting back from a city trip and she can only get here in the afternoon. He will be joining us later in the field." Rossi explained.

"Three women murdered inside a gated community in southeastern New Mexico in the last two months." Garcia continued.

"All three inside" Morgan commented.

"Marjorie West was strangled in her home in the middle of the night while her family was out of town. They found her the next morning. Jill Long was strangled in the laundry room while her husband and sons were camping in the backyard. And last night Aubrey Jacobs was killed in her home office while her daughter and husband were asleep in the house."

You flipped through the case file, "occupied dwellings is a high-risk as it gets." you said.

"He's fearless" Reid followed, "proximity, the chance he might get caught... that could be part of it for him."

"Gated community..." Emily began "I'm assuming that means security?"

Garcia nodded in agreement, "a small security staff and perimeter cameras. Everything's recorded 24/7 and no one has entered or left the compound since last night, except residents."

"It looks like the UnSub is part of the community." Rossi concluded.

"The local detective says that demographics, general makeup and socioeconomic status of the residents is essentially the same." Garcia replied
