Aimi was walking to her locker together with Anya. They where ending the school early today, thank to it being the summer festival. "Summer festivals are my favorite. In Tenshira we have it too." Aimi smiled before noticing that she left something behind. "I accidentally left my history book. I'll be back." She said and ran back to the classroom.
Just as she rounded the corner, she bumped into someone and fell to the ground. "Oh, Aimi. I'm so sorry." A familiar voice said and she looked up. Right there stood Enji Hanamoto. "It's okay Enji. I didn't see where I was going." Aimi giggled before getting pulled up by Enji.
But something was different. When she held his hand, it was like something inside of her started to warm up. "Anyway. I got your history book here." The boy said and handed her it. Aimi smiled and grabbed it. "Thank you." She said and Enji smiled. "You're welcome. See you at the festival." He said and walked off.
Aimi looked after him with a small blush. Later, she was was making herself ready in her room. "Why did I feel like that? It can't be. No it can't." Anya looked at her confused. "What is it?" She asked. "I think. I'm in love with Enji." Aimi answered.
"But don't you see him as a brother?" Aimi sighed. "I did. But I think I'm starting to see him differently. But what what should I do? If I tell him how I feel, it might ruin our relationship we already have." Anya smiled gently and put a hand on her shoulder.
"Just do what you feel is right. You can think about it during the festival." Aimi nodded as the two continued to make themselves ready. Enji meanwhile was by the festival and was conflicted. Setsuko walked up to him. "Are you okay?" She asked.
Setsuko was wearing a green kimono with some yellow flowers on. Her hair was in a bun with beads.
Enji looked up and sighed. "I'm conflicted. It's Aimi. She and I have been friends since childhood. And we've always had a sibling relationship. But now. I'm starting to see her as someone more special." Setsuko smirked. "You're in love with her." Enji blushed and nodded.
"Yeah. But I'm afraid that if I confess, it'll ruin pur relationship as it is." He said and Setsuko gently grabbed his hand. "Just see how things goes during the festival. Then you can tell her." Enji looked at Setsuko and nodded. By a stand had Aimi and Anya meet up with Aya and Takemi.
Aimi had her hair in a ponytail. Her kimono was white with red roses one. Anya had a pastel purple kimono with silver birds. Her hair was tied up with a bow.
Takemi had her hair as it was. Her kimono was purple with golden stars on it. Aya's kimono was yellow with orange suns on it. Her hair was in a braid over her shoulder.
"This is gonna be fun." Aya said and the others nodded. Setsuko and Enji soon arrived. "Hey guys. Hey Aimi." He said blushing and so did Aimi. Takemi looked at them before smirking. "Okay. Let's go play some games. And try winning some prices." She said and everyone agreed.
They all went to a ball throw where Hiro stood. "Hey Hiro." Aya said smiling, making the boy blush. "Hey Aya. Good to see you again." The two smiled at eachother before they all tried the game. Anya managed to win a flower necklace. "It's so beautiful." She said smiling.
Setsuko threw her three balls but lost. "It's harder than you think." She said before Takemi won a stuffed cat. "Here you go Setsuko." Then she handed it over to Setsuko who smiled. "Thank you Takemi. You're really kind." Takemi had a small blush on her face.
Enji and Aya threw at the same time and both won a stuffed animal each. Both laughed together. "Our turn." Enji said and Aimi nodded. They both threw there balls. But no one of them won. "Guess ball throws aren't our things." Aimi said giggling and Enji smiled. "I guess so." The others smirked at the two love birds.
