Michael was only partially awake.

He could feel the pads of fingers brush the hair from his face.

Michael could feel Luke's weight on him, straddling him.

He received a kiss to the nose.

Luke kissed between his eyebrows and both his cheeks.

When he finally kissed Michael on the lips, Michael was awake enough to kiss back.

His hands moved to Luke's waist.

The kiss was soft and full of love. The two of them moved in synchronization.

Michael hummed as they pulled away, his eyes fluttering open to take in his sexy just-woken-up fiancé.

"My favorite way to wake up." Michael whispered softly, his voice having not fully waken up with him.

Luke's hands were on Michael's cheeks and his thumbs began brushing across skin like they had a mind of their own.

"Good morning." Luke muttered.

Did Michael mention he was sexy? Because damn.

He had bedhead and dried drool around his mouth, but Michael thought it was the most attractive sight.

Michael kissed Luke again, he couldn't help it.

Luke's hands moved backwards, his fingers tangling in the hair at the nape of Michael's neck.

"We should probably get going." Luke chuckled as they pulled away again.

After a lengthy make-out sesh, the couple managed to pack up all their things and say their goodbyes.

Michael's parents hugged them both and sent them on their way with invites to join them for Christmas.

Luke wouldn't mind spending Christmas with them.

He was grateful to have such lovely in-laws.

Michael packed everything into the car- and Luke.

Luke was on every kind of motion sickness drug out there.

He was wrapped in a blanket and begrudgingly listening to Christmas music, since everywhere began playing holiday music after Thanksgiving.

Luke didn't complain though, he knew he'd probably try to sleep the whole trip anyways.

The drive from Michael's to Luke's wasn't terribly long- about an hour.

Michael wasn't worried about the drive to Luke's house, but he was worried about the extra hour that put onto their trip home- which meant more suffering for Luke.

By the time Michael got into the car to leave, Luke was practically half asleep.

Michael kissed the boy's cheek before driving off.

Luke's brother was selling the house, which was why Luke had to go through his parents stuff.

The blonde wasn't sure why Ben was selling the house, when technically it wasn't his to sell.
