A girl determined to avenge her island is brought closer to the dragon riders who have a similar objective to her, defeat the dragon hunters.
The dragon hunters have been a problem long before Hiccup Haddock the III befriended Toothless, the Brun family have been fighting them for ages, even before they found their island and were drifters. Years of slowing down business has angered the hunters, leading them to try to find the island that family have inhabited. After locating the island 'Hiem', the hunters swiftly take it over, trapping and killing any dragons they come across. Two big hunters, man and female, seem to be leading them as the other hunters follow there commands without thought, they are also the ones that seem to be taking the most pleasure in doing this, slight smirks on both of their faces as they attempt to locate the family of three.
The man and female work as though they are one, leading the hunters while moving with each other like it was practiced. As they take down a red Changewing, it's a violent dance, as one moves away the other attacks and the dragon is killed quickly. The second in command and general of the dragon hunters, both a force to be reckoned with.

Authors note: Hello! I am super excited to post and write this book! For this story there will be three separate relationships that I will be focusing on as each girl in the cast will have someone, but the main focus will be on Blair and Snotlout. If you read the description it says that they will be a fast burn and it will be pretty fast, not necessarily to get together, but the trust and attraction to each other is obvious and pretty immediate. In this story there will be gore, mentions of blood, etc. as I will be making it seem as real as possible, because the actual movies and show couldn't as it's meant for kids, so there will be mentions of burning flesh, blood, etc. There will be no smut in this story, although there might be reference to it, or hinting at it, but no actual smut. I apologize for the long author note (and possible ones in the future), I like to ramble, I'm just super excited! I hope you enjoy the story!
