Leahs pov...

Jen pulls away slightly. "Was he really your boyfriend?" She asks quietly.

I shake my head no. "He wanted to be but I said no." I said.

"How long were you guys talking for?" She asks. I didn't want to lie to her and I know I'll feel bad when I tell her the truth. "Since the day I told you I needed space." I said nervously.

She looks away from me and then back at me shrugging.

"It's okay. I know you can't deal with men anyways." She jokes. "In that you are indeed right."

"I'm sorry." I tell her. "It's fine." She says softly shaking her head.

She grabs my arms and sighs.

"But..do you really want to divorce me?" She asks scared.

I look at her eyes, her red eyes from crying, hurt and pain. I feel so bad for all that she's went through these last few months.

"No, I would be dumb to." I said. She smiled faintly but looks down.

"I though I lost you Leah." She whispers so her voice doesn't crack. I pick up her chin and see her eyes watering. It makes my eyes water.

"Jen you would never lose me."

She bites her lip and shakes her head. "I was so scared Leah."

"I know baby, I know. I promise to do better." I said.

"I hope so." She said. I grab her hands and kiss them.

I felt her ring. "You still have it on?' I ask.

She nods her head. "I couldn't take it off." She said softly. "Oh Jen." I said while a tear streams down my face.

I pull her in for a hug and she cries into my chest. "I'm so sorry. So sorry my love. I will do everything and anything to take back the pain I caused you." I whisper and kiss her head.

She squeezed tighter against me.

"I love you." She whimpers.

"I love you so much more."

We were both laying down beside each other but we were facing each other and talking quietly about everything that went on through those weeks.

"So you didn't have sex?" She asks.

"No baby, I could barely kiss him." I said and shiver thinking about it. She smiled at me and plays with my bottom lip.

"Thank god. I don't know how I would've reacted then." She says.

I shrug my shoulders.

"I have a question." She says. "Shoot baby." I said and put my hand on her hip. She smiles at me scooting closer.

"Why did you need space from me?" She asks.

I look at her eyes and then her beautiful bronde hair on her head. Her gorgeous gold skin with the sparkle in her eyes.

"I was scared. I was scared that you were gonna do what I did. So I thought by doing it, it would cost me less pain. But boy was I wrong." I said.

She nods her head biting her lip. Her eyes start to water and she lets go of her lips and exhales hard.

"I missed you so much over the past few months." She said. "I know. And same here." I said.

"I don't think you know how much pain I went through everyday." She said. "No I don't. And I'm sorry. I'll try to never let that happen again. I'm in it to win it." I said.

"I hope so. I hope we can go back to what used to be." She said softly. "Of course we will. But it just takes time." I said.

She takes a minute to answer.

"I just don't want you to give up on me again." She said.

I close my eyes in guilt. It's my fault. She has every right to feel that way because I didn't give her any reason not to feel that way. But I promise to myself to make everyday for her to feel like her last and make it amazing just for her.

"I know that you feel that way. And I can only do so much to tell you. But I will prove to you this time how much I love you."

"I love you too." She smiled and lays on my chest.

I bring my arm around her and hold her.

"When did we get here?" She asks softly.

I put my lips against her forehead. "I don't know." I said softly.

She closes her eyes and wraps her whole body against me.

"I have to get home." She says. I sigh and roll my eyes. "Whyyy?" I complain and hug her.

"Mari is still there. I have to go back." She says pulling back a little.

I tilt my head looking at her. She smiles at me. I glance at her neck and commit to my decision.

I bring my lips to her neck and kiss her there. She exhales shakily.

I smile and kiss her there slightly harder. "Lee." She whispers and puts her hand on my arm.

I part my lips a little and start to suck on her weak spot. I hover over her a little more and suck.

"Baby...stop." She moans softly squeezing my arm. She squirms a little and pulls away from my lips. "I really have to go." She breathes heavily.

I pout my lips and she smiled cutely. "Can I come back?" I ask.

She smiled at me and nods. "I don't see why you can't. You're my wife and your daughter is there." She says.

I smile big and hug her. "Baby, if we're gonna leave, we have to do it now." She says.

I pull away from the hug and look at her. "Okay."

We both get up and I bring a couple things with me.

"I'll see you there. Be safe." She smiles while getting in her car. "I will!" I get in my car and drive towards our home.

"Since when did you get a housekeeper?" I ask her while putting my things where they were before.

"Since it started getting hard to get out of bed." She said quietly.

I look at her staring at the comforter. I come up behind her and hug her.

"Things will get better, I promise." I said. "I know." She says and turns her face to the side to kiss me.

"Alright, bedtime now." She said pushing me away to go on my side.

We both get in bed and she instantly lays against me.

"I'm gonna have the best sleep." She smiled closing her eyes.

"I love you, goodnight." She said. "I love you too." I said and wrap my arms around her.

I'm finally back home.
