"I WANT TO GO BACK HOME."

.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.

High school graduation was the day she was dreaming of ever since she entered that school.

She dreamed of leaving, to go back home, but she knew she couldn't disappoint her family after getting a good shot in life. One that her family ever dreamed of. The girl had moved at the age of fifteen because of a high offer that was brought to her.

She had the smarts, the grades— everything so they didn't mind paying for her flight or a place for her to stay until she graduated. She was happy about it nonetheless, thinking that changed was going to be a good thing for her and her family.

Though, her heart dropped the second she stepped into that school. She never felt more out of place than she ever did before. The nasty stares that were dragged her way, the rude words that were whispered as she passed by.

She was fifteen hating the way she looked.

"Naomi Halina?" the girl turned her head around, facing the girl in the office. "That's me.." she mumbled, earning a smile from her. "I'm Kang Jayeon, you can call me Jay." Jayeon said, chuckling at the girl's nervousness. "You're cute! I love your glasses!" she complimented, earning a surprised look from Naomi.

"Thank you..! I like your..tallness!" Jayeon bursted out in laughter. "Thanks Naomi. Come on, i'll show you around. We share the same classes either way." Naomi nodded her head, feeling a sense of comfortability with Jayeon. She followed the taller like a lost puppy, earning small laughs from her.

"When's your birthday?" Jayeon asked her. "August 10th. Yours?" Naomi answered, tilting her head up towards the girl. "January 20th!" the older said, smiling as Naomi hummed. "So you're a leo." Jayeon said, nodding her head before eying the girl.

"You don't act like a leo." Jayeon chuckled, suddenly causing the younger to grow even more nervous. "I get that a lot..!" Naomi swept her hair over her shoulders, playing with the ends of it to hide her anxious state.

The two then entered their first class. It hadn't started yet but many students were in the seats or up and around the classroom talking to one another. "Jayeon!" an underclassmen, Sunbi, had barged in once she saw the girl enter her class.

"Can you tell Niu to stop trying to cut my hair?!"

"Short hair would look great on you Sunbi!"

"Jayeon!" the younger cried out as the said girl, Niu, started laughing behind her with scissors in her hands. She then met eyes with the smaller girl behind Jayeon, tilting her head to the side before widely smiling.

"Jayeon, your friend is cute!" Niu then pushed Jayeon out the way and held Naomi's hands. "I'm pretty sure you should ask before touching someone!" Jayeon shoved Niu away, glaring at the younger, Naomi silently thanking her.

"Sorry.." Niu mumbled. "I'm Huang Niu. If you see my brother around, you hate him. You hate him for eternity." Niu spoke in a serious tone, causing Sunbi to laugh and Jayeon to shake her head. "Yeah if you ever see my brother Haechan run. Just run." Sunbi said.

"Oh! I'm Lee Sunbi by the way! Niu and I are freshmen." Sunbi then side hugged the girl, earning a disgusted look from Niu who hated affection. "If you don't get your short ass away from me..!" Niu tried prying her off, but Sunbi wouldn't budge.

Naomi let out a small chuckle, Jayeon grinning, happy that the girl was slowly getting adjusted to her weird crazy friends.

"Who is this Jayeon?"
