Chapter 18 - Revelations and promises

Toriel-"Can I interrupt? How am I sensed to return to the town?"

Angel-"It is simple. On the roof, there is a dark fountain, you will have to ask Kris to close it when they wake up. But me, and my friends needs to pass first as it is our way to travel."

Toriel-"Who are you? You remind me of... my carpet.. the symbol over my door. On our church?"

Tenna-"What a facepalm. You believe in a divinity and don't even recognize her..."

Toriel-"The Angel?"

Angel-"Herself. Anyway, good luck with your child we have to go."

Toriel-"I have so many questions!"

Angel-"Like anybody, but I don't have time, in our next encounter maybe."

Tenna-"Angel... my world, it must disappear?"

Angel-"I would like to say no, but the will of the Delta Warriors, the prophecy... can't be prevented. It must be closed to send back those Lightners in their world. I would like to fuse your world with mine, but I can't let them have their hands on my world. I am sorry. But, I can offer you to come with me? Would you like to?"

Tenna-"~Ah. It is funny. I welcomed you and now, it is you that... you know, me and Mike, it doesn't work well together..."

Angel-"It may be time to be friends again?"

Tenna-"No, you see, I have citizens to entertain, I am their idol, the one that make the funny game shows, I distract everyone, Darkners, Lightners... I have already have what I want. Please, take care of Mike. In my quest of fame, I let some peoples behind. May we meet again, my Angel."

We waved and transmitted our goodbyes to Tenna, now leaving the Technocolor crew and Toriel behind while we walked to the roof along Mike and his two remaining henchmen, all with handmade shackles.

Mike-"Where are you bringing us?"

Angel-"You don't realize how benevolent I am, taking care all of your Darkners, lost in despairs and twisted dreams. I am taking you to heavens. Or should I say, giving you the offer to make yourself really useful?"

We were now on the roof walking slowly to the fountain.

Mike-"Why us? What do I have more than others?"

Angel-"Your determination, to pursue a goal, and putting all your will in it. I need you, all of you, Councillors, to save this world. From destruction, from those Lightners. You fought well against them."

Gerson-"You mean, their power, it is required?"

Angel-"To fight the Lightners at the end? Yes. I didn't ended the Lightners, there an no need, half the crystals are us. Now everyone, it is time. Dive in the fountain."

At the horizon, a girl looking like a deer was looking at us full of angriness as we left, who she was? No idea. Not a single idea. Closing my eyes, sinking in the darkness.

We all opened our eyes, teleported as you may expect in the Angel's world.

Mike-"So this is your world..."

Angel-"I created it, I can shape it. A sanctuary in which hopes and dreams of freedom can become true. I will bring back the time where Lightners and Darkners were living in the same world. *she answered, looking at Mike with her eye*"

Mike-"You obviously left peoples behind? Why?"

Angel-"They aren't lost. They would be if the Roaring happens but me? I want the fusion, not the destruction."
