3rd POV
.
.
We could see Bell sitting near the ship's anti-aircraft guns, thinking what he will do next after knowing he was now in Azur Lane.
.
.

Bell: It seems that I got myself reincarnated in Azur Lane, it's exciting but at the same time dangerous.
Sigh... I need to think of a plan before a Sirens sees me.
Seriously I don't even know how to use my riggings properly, what's more if I'm going to fight a Siren!
Sigh... By looking around my surroundings, I could theorize that I might be around at the Pacific Ocean.
In conclusion, I'm pretty much very screwed...
Wait! I remembered that in the FanFiction stories of Azur Lane, the protagonist is always being found by the ship girls because they detected an anomaly, or that the protagonist sends a SOS signal to their base.
Waiting for them to arrive and hoping that they would detect an anomaly is out of the choices because I'm not risking waiting here for too long, so a SOS signal is a better choice.
But how am I going to send an SOS signal?
I could just do the old fashion way like in the history books of handling communication during world war two, or just send it using my imagination like in the FanFiction stories...
You know what, let's just do the old fashion way.

.
.
Bell opens the book about his ship to see where the radio communication room is, seeing a picture of a map.
He follows the map of the book as he finally arrives at the front door.
He then opens the door to see the room filled with radios and wires as he sees a chair, and near it where he could send the morse code for a SOS signal to send help.
He then sits on the chair comfortably while checking to see how he would send a SOS signal on the radio.
.
.

Bell: So this is what a radio communication room looks like up close.
Now, I just need to find out how I could use this...

.
.
He then flips the pages of the book, trying to find the instructions on how to use the radio communication.
As he continued flipping the pages, he finally found the instructions.
He reads it carefully while making sure he was doing it right as he sends a SOS signal.
.
.

Bell: There we go! Now I just need to wait for somebody to help me. Hopefully I didn't accidentally send it to the Crimson Axis or the Sirens...

.
.
Bell then stands up and leaves the room as he walks in the hallway of the ship while looking at the book in his hand.
.
.

Bell: Maybe a little snack won't hurt while waiting for help.

.
.
The scene changes as we see a room that looks to be the same commander's room in Azur Lane.
We then see a man with black hair and brown eyes, while wearing a white naval uniform and glasses, sitting on a chair while signing some papers.
But suddenly a woman with red eyes and blonde hair while wearing a Grenadier Guards uniform, opens the door and comes in the room with a serious look on her face.
.
.

???: Wales, what brings you here? Is there something wrong?

(What the commander looks like.)
